Ridgeview

Located on a quiet hill in La Costa, this complex has many great attributes. First off, if you're lucky enough to have the right unit you can have a pretty great ocean view. Often obscured by the marine layer in the summer months, the winter months can be fabulously clear where you can see forever. See Catalina and San Clemente islands. See fabulous sunsets. The complex is managed by a first class 5 star manager and maintained by a first class 5 star maintenance man. The two of them take care of anything immediately. I don't think there's anything the maintenance man can't fix or figure out. He's also very trust worthy. It's hard to go wrong at Ridgeview. As in any complex, wait for the right unit if you can. If you do, you'll be very happy at Ridgeview. Centrally located, convenient to all. Easy living.

The manager Stephanie is hands on, resolve just about any problem that rises with the community. Very professional, sends the maintenance pro Edgar almost same day a service request is reported. I highly recommend this property due to her service and being very proactive. GREAT STAFF!!!

I lived (and worked from home) in a 2 bedroom unit in this complex from 11/2016 until 6/2020 This complex has been amazing. Every neighbor I’ve come in contact with was super nice and respectful. The grounds are well maintained and even though my unit backed up to the parking lot, it was still very quiet aside from the predictable trash truck coming by to empty the dumpsters. The manager Stephanie has always been very courteous and professional. I looked forward to walking my rent check over to the office every month and chatting with her. If I ever need an apartment again, or have friends that are looking I will without a doubt recommend Ridgeview.

The apartments in the Ridgeview Condominiums are clean ,roomy and well kept. There is onsite maintenance and a proactive management crew (also onsite). The complex is clean and well maintained at all times. Every unit has new updated appliances and the rent is very reasonable for the area averaging around a few hundred dollars less than apartments in surrounding communities. The complex is located close to shopping and the beach as well as being in a good school district (with ocean views from the Apartments located in the outer rim of the complex. The complex is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the coastal city of Carlsbad, CA. However, one thing to consider is that the units do not have air conditioning and in the summer months can get hot. There is a strict no pets policy with the exception of pets that can be caged or in aquariums. There is an onsite pool and some of the apartments next to the parking lots can get noisy with the cars coming and going. Some apartments are located above there own garage and storage, while every tenant has a garaged space and onsite storage assigned to them, not all of the apartments are located above them. The units come in two and three bedroom floor plans.
