From the staff to maintenance, it makes living here enjoyable and stress free. Maintenance always completes orders in timely manner when a problem comes about. Staff is friendly, professional and personable. Love that the apartments are located in the middle of everything. Well kept grounds and quiet, but always people walking because it feels safe!

The staff is very up to date with policies, they are quick to answer the phone and respond when emergency’s or power goes out. The community is pretty quiet other than the train at night but you get used to it.

It was an effortless move in, The apartment staff was ready as soon as i walked through the door, the only complaint is the parking. there are more vehicles then there are parking spots.

Application is a pain to get done, but once in it’s no issues. Office staff are amazing! Kevin is so personable and approachable and always has a smile on his face! Very welcoming here. Beautiful property with lots of safe walking areas. It’s located in the middle of everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself is beautiful and cozy, but spacious with of storage space. The noise from upstairs isn’t too bad and you don’t hear anything outside except the train that comes through and that’s not bad at all as far as noise wise. Overall great experience and happy!

If you like living in a beautiful, newly built complex, look no further. Ridgeview is the perfect place. The apartment layouts flow. The craftsmanship is impeccable. Our apartment has a foyer and double French doors. The natural light is abundant. The fixtures are modern. The granite counter tops are beautiful. Many many natural wood cabinets. Plenty of closet and storage space. A larger than normal patio looking out to a spectacular Mountainview. Security and maintenance is top notch. The wo derful staff in administration couldn't be more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Move here and you'll be as content as we are.

I have been here since the complex has opened. One of the first ones to move in! But the apartment its self is nice, updated and luxury. The staff is always on top of everything, quick to send email responses, quick to call and always a helping hand.

The apartments are nice I've lived here for almost a year and a half now. However parking is very much an issue especially when more than one unit has more than 2 vehicles they park at the building blocking other residents from parking at our building.

The apartments are nicely appointed and have a comfortable home feel about them. The office staff are friendly and helpful. There’s always going to be little things that could be tweaked but overall a good place to make your home. The only negative is a positive at the same time which is the insistence on using a portal to communicate needs and such. There’s not any real time or detailed responses but rather automated and impersonal.

Love the staff and apartment, they allow pets. However, so many pets and not enough cleaning of the common areas (stairwells need routine cleaning so they don’t smell or track dog hair in apartments).

I’ve only lived here 3 days, but the move in process was smooth and neighbors are so kind! Community itself is well-maintained and looks very clean. I recall some residence complaining about the train but I live next to the tracks and barely notice it. I love my new home!

So far living here has been great. It’s fairly quiet and peaceful. The location is great to the highway and shopping. The gym is just what you need, and if you want more there is crunch fitness not far. There are a lot of pets on premises which is fine with me, but some owners don’t pick up after their pets. The pool recently opened up and looking forward to using that. All in all a great place to call home currently
