Located in Riverside County and encompassed by Southern California’s largest freshwater lake, the Lake Elsinore community is all about outdoor sports. When referring to Storm, locals aren’t discussing the weather at all but speaking of the city’s professional baseball team that plays in Diamond Stadium.

Property Ratings at Ridgestone
Im devastated and very disappointed because I thought we are safe here as we just move in recently we came from LA and to think its much more dangerous there but last Monday my car was stolen in the last parking slot near our apartment and when I asked them if they have a camera there is none anywhere even in the front office as this is what the police officer asked us as well. I just hope they do something about the security and put cctv anywhere applicable because this is not a gated apartment and anyone can come inside so if a crime would happen no evidence would be found. Im just sad and disappointed.

I love living at Ridgestone initially. It is conveniently located near a shopping district, freeway, and a sports park. I have brought to the site admin's attention of residents repairing their cars in the parking lot until past 10PM (but I still see many residents repairing their cars in the parking lot), the lights flickering in several locations at night (still not fixed since November 2024), and trashes are often placed inside the recycling bin (and wish that there are green waste compost as I often see the maintence team dumping leaves in trash bin when the leaves can be composted). Please consider lowering the cost of trash for residents who don't generate that much trash and are willing to recycle. It's disheartening to see so much waste and to see Greystar or Ridgestone isn't giving any incentives to encourage residents to be more environmentally friendly.

Ridgestone definitely excepts its new community members with open arms. This has been our best rental experience they treat us well, the apartments are very nice and our money definitely goes a lot further over here than our last place in Temecula.

Living at Ridgestone has been very nice. The staff that works on the property are very friendly and professional i.e.(Office personnel, maintenance and landscapers) Nice pool, spa and workout facilities. Property is up kept very well.

I am a returning resident here as I have lived at a few other properties after leaving this location. I can say with the most confidence that this community has the best front desk staff ever. The communication they provide is top notch! both times I have lived here they have helped me with the application process and have gone above and beyond with making sure that I was given all the information needed to get approved and willingness to help from start to finish ! Something that brought me back was not only the friendly helpful staff but the communication skills each staff member has it is easy and efficient when needing to get ahold of someone if you have any questions or concern. they respond fast to emails as well as a phone call or voice message ! Maintenance crew is always very helpful and timely on fixing any issues !

Ridgestone is a convenient place to live in Elsinore because it's not to close to where the drug addicts stay but not to far from restaurants or stores if you want to take a walk there and save gas.

Things happened that could have been avoided but once a mistake was made the management was very helpful in coming to an agreement and fixing it. They work hard and I appreciate the team here but unfortunately the overall experience here was not good

Ridgestone has been extremely accommodating and friendly with all their procedures for both move-in and living arrangements. We are so close to every convenience! So far, 10/10 living arrangements.

I have had several issues and requested maintenance several times and none have been fixed even the one that they put down as fixed, it was not even touched I even provided pictures to prove it was not fixed at all. These complex apartment are horrible

Front office staff is just fine. Maintenance, is okay. Our living room windows are not functioning properly at all and it looks broken after they tried to repair the springs. This is not how it looked when we moved in and I don’t want to help financially respond for their mistake. We shall see how long this repair takes. It’s been a months…

Hello, it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide.
Overall cleanliness of the buildings have gone down over the past few years. Building Passageways aren't being blow for debris or pressure washed, wood chips for Common areas have stopped being replaced since before COVID. Only area that gets attention is the front office area. Trash and Recycling areas are always rubbaged through by homeless and others just driving through the complex. Rent has steadily increased with no return on investment (i.e. new flooring / carpet cleaning, no beautification to the apartment building, water cables being exposed trip and fall hazards, etc.).

My apartment was not ready at move in, there was mold all across the bottom of the bathtub, toilet was filthy, ice maker didn't work, very poor patch job over holes, was not painted, multiple lights were out, microwave was cracked handle was falling off and to top it off there was a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor!!! My water heater flooded my entire living room and they refused to clean my carpet! Had a leak from upstairs and they took 4 weeks to complete the work. The office staff is very rude! Poor management!

Parking is awful, office ladies are rude, they charge $650 as a basic cleaning after moving out.

There is no parking available when you get home from work or on the weekends. When you contact management about vehicles sitting in parking spaces for weeks at a time or that residents are not using their garage for parking as required by lease, they do nothing. If you like parking on the street in the housing track nearby, this is the place for you.

I would like to say that i am extremely happy that my family and i moved in to these apartments!!! Been here for almost 6mths and i have to say that the staff are a great team!! They are on top of everything and get things done gas and right!! I would deffenitly recommend these apartments to family!! Thank you all for your hard work, keep it up!!

10 weeks went by and I realized that I still had not received my refund of my holding deposit. I then check my bank account thinking that it may have went back the way that it came out and nothing. Today, I call the office and am told that a refund was never processed because I cancelled after the window...not true, I have email to prove this. Star advised she would look into it and get back to me within a hours time...4 hours went by an NOTHING. I called their office back and spoke with Star again, she became very combative with me over the phone, and was very crass in her response. She even blamed me for sending an email and not checkin up with the status...I'm sorry that I didn't micromanage your office or harass your team over $100... Increasingly frustrated over her snark attitude, I then requested to speak with a Community Manager, Star replies "She is just going to tell you the same thing that I am". The Assistant Mgr Jennifer then gets on the phone and is not even aware of the fact that her team dropped the ball in not properly informing that I should have been refunded and immediately starts to blame me as the customer for not following up. She was not as rude as Star and was not thrilled to assist me. I requested that my refund be expedited and she blamed my call time as a reason that this could not be done. I then advised her I initially called at 12:35 pm and she was stated she would email her accounting department Monday...Monday, after I just waited 10 weeks and received major lip service from your leasing associate??At this point, I asked for the Community Manager who apparently was not there today and does not have her own email address. I was told that the Community Manager shared an email address with the rest of the office staff which was a generic Ridgestoneapts email. PlEASE TRUST THESE REVIEWS...THIS COMPLEX IS IN A QUESTIONABLE SIDE OF TOWN AND THE OFFICE TEAM IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE...ESPECIALLY STAR!Needless to say, I am glad that I read these online reviews and forked out the extra $500 per month for a nicer, cleaner, newer, apartment community where I feel safe and don't have to deal with the rudeness of the staff at Ridgestone!
This is my 2nd unit and I have to say its a great place! nicely designed! lots of windows, custom architecture, not your typical squared off apartment, this has high ceilings, arches, nice paint and moldings. It comes with everything!, a separate area for the laundry room, ceiling fans, built in desk, lots of kitchen cabinets track lighting, lots of storage, large walk in closet, huge bathroom with a tub to match and a great wrap around patio. I opted to not have a garage but it comes with your own carport and plenty of parking for guests. One bad thing is the pool area is not that large for the amount of units there are along wight he gym that is very small. This truly feels like a home and not an apartment! I've searched high and low within 30 miles and without a doubt this is the best place your money!
Needed a place that was very affordable as I am on a real tight budget. Found the Ridgestone Apartments after looking at so many others. I am just amazed at the apartment I got. All appliances included (washer and dryer too) and so nice and roomy. Complex is clean and quiet and amenities galore. It's hot here and they have upgraded the windows to double pane ones which keep my place nice and cool and the electric bill down. My patio is huge and Is gated and the interior is very updated. Love the huge walk in closet. Am able to save $$ with my rent only being $1110.00/mo and will be able to afford a two bedroom soon so my son and I can both have a bedroom. This is definitely a great affordable place.
