Everything has been well but it seems like the walls are getting thinner and thinner because all of a sudden I can hear all my neighbors conversations and all the loud noises that go on from the back side to the left side Outside of that it has been a pleasure.

It was an easy process from inquiry to getting the keys. I would recommend this leasing office to anyone looking for a place to live. I throughly enjoy having a gate makes me feel secure.

The staff is friendly and professional. My move in experience was top tier. I would highly recommend future tenants to Ridgeland place. The area is quiet , well kept , and the maintenance staff is always 1 call away.

Been here almost a month and everything has been great! Easy parking. The neighbors are nice and welcoming. Feels very safe. The area is quiet. I look forward to these same things as i continue my stay.

Everything is great. Staff & location. Moving in we had no trouble finding restaurants & stores close by are great. Wouldn’t trade anything from moving over here.

I love this place i feel safe here and every time i have a maintenance request they respond in a timely manner. The office staff are always polite. And the grounds around my apartment are always clean.

Great place for me to be. Workin hybrid, whenever I do work from home its quite peaceful. I love my neighbors. Haven’t had any problems with bugs or anything else unwanted.

Very peaceful!!! Love it here!!! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Staff is nice. Gates are functional. Kitchen is large. Close to mall & restaurants.

Ridgeland place is a wonderful community. So peaceful and very cozy. With it being right in town you would expect it to be loud and crazy all the time but it’s not at all like that, super safe and very secure.

So far so good. I have been here for a little over 2 years and no major concerns. No major noise complaints. One issue I have would be cars that don't work are allowed to stay on the property and not required to be moved.

I’ve lived in this community since 2009. It’s been great in the past. The location is very convenient. I love where the unit I live in is at.

Everything has been great since I’ve been here. The apartments are so nice and maintenance is quick to always get any requests I need done !

My move in process was very easy. Whenever I needed help Ridgeland Place was only a call away. I did have a few hiccups with uploading my renters insurance. However, I feel like I will enjoy living here.

This is year two for me and I’m very pleased. This is a nice and quiet place to live. I haven’t had to use it often but Service requests are answered in a timely manner. Office staff is nice and courtesy.

So far, I have enjoyed living here. My only dislikes are the dumpsters are so far away from building by and the parking. I still feel that we should have assigned parking, at least 1 park per apartment. It’s not fair that we pay all this rent and may not have a park at or close to the building we live in.

The community is great except for lack of parking at my building. I enjoying living at this complex. I like seeing kids playing outside here, it reminds me of my childhood. I think this is a great community of people. My only complaint here is that maintenance is really behind.

Overall, I love my apartment community. The location is nice and I like the fact that it is a gated community. Parking can be annoying at times, but it’s a great community.

So far, so good ! I have just moved in like a month ago and the move-in process was very smooth ! Nice community! The only thing I will say is that the trash is very far !

No major complaint. Lack of space for children to play, minimum equipment in gym, small delay in maintenance turnarounds. Rent does increase each time, but still lower compared to neighboring communities.

It’s great 10/10 will definitely recommend others to stay here as well. So far my experience here been good. Pretty quiet here and the kids out here is well behaved

Transitioning into this apartment complex was all so easyas well as the communication on every level and every step! Kudos to Ms. Charday for the level of professionalism and open communication that you have. You will go along way with the communication skills you hold. I love this apartment, it’s very quiet and comfortable. Without a doubt, I will choose this apartment again! The only reason why I gave them a 4 is because maintenance failed to make the necessary repairs to the apartment, as a new residence was entering the complex.

Nice and quiet, clean, and no matter what problem you have someone comes in a timely matter to fix it. The office always has something going on for the resident it could be decoration, competition, or a food truck and treats in the office

I can honestly say that I have enjoyed living here. The only thing that bothers me sometimes is that the walls are kind of thin and I can hear my neighbor’s tv. The staff is nice and work orders are completed in a timely manner. They even change out the batteries in the smoke detectors.
