Ridgedale Manor

The neighborhood is great, quiet and peaceful. I've lived here for 6 years now, recently moved from an apartment to a townhouse and they are really. really nice and spacious. The leasing office makes sure to take care of issues in a timely manner and is always willing to work with you on times maintenance can come to fix anything if needed, (especially with pets which is super appreciated). Maintenance seems super short staffed but they make sure to do things in a timely manner and are super friendly and helpful! They never leave you hanging when things are urgent. I recommend this place to people whenever they mention moving, and have convinced two people I know to become residents here as well. In the apartments, the walls are thick enough where you do NOT hear people (unless you're in the mutual hallway but who is really hanging out in the hallway?). Karen at the leasing office is always super friendly and will make sure to reach out to you when it comes to making sure any maintenance issues have been completed. Overall, great place to live and you get what you paid for.

I enjoy that even though it’s a big complex there are still tons of areas to hang out around and see nature. I’ve lived here a year and my experience has been safe and peaceful!! the complex itself is a pleasing location to look around and be around.

We went there to sign our lease with Karen, she was excellent! She made the whole process easy and was very thorough. Driving around the property, everything looks very clean and tidy. My wife and I are very excited to join the Ridgedale Manor community! Thank you, Karen!!!

We love living at Ridgedale Manor. We moved into the renovated townhouse. The townhouse is very nice and modern, plus we have ample space for all of our stuff. On top of that, the location is really convenient, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Krystin and Karen in the leasing office are always so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is prompt. It's an all around great place to live!

Just moved in recently but it’s a beautiful place , lots of mature trees , nice landscaping , very clean , my apt was spotless when I moved in , the neighbors are friendly and helped me move in when I had just met them , Karen in the office is wonderful to work with. , highly recommend

I recently moved from another country, Karen and Krystin from the office management, help me with the application and during the moving, making it an easy and smooth process. As soon as today I emailed them related to a doubt and they reply me within minutes and maintenance resolved my situation in less than half an hour. I was pleased and so impressed in the rapid response. The place is very quiet, free from disturbances, near everything you could need, malls, grocery stores, postal offices, hospitals, you named it. Definitely a great place to live.

We moved in recently and it was so lovely and smooth, the management is great and we are so happy with our apartment and the quick maintenance it has received. Excited for our future here.

moved back into ridgedale a couple weeks ago after not having lived here for almost 4 years and the place is still very nice to live in. the new renovated 1 bedroom apartment is beautiful, the area is nice, and it is quiet here. very satisfied with the living space and glad to be back in here

moved back here about a month ago after having lived here a few years ago. apartments are still high quality and nice to live in, the area is good and the renovated apartments are very nice. everything except electric included is nice, no central ac but the wall unit works well. otherwise no complaints

I have been living in these apartments for about 7 weeks now and it has been great! Some things needed fixing in the apartment when I moved in. I called and spoke to Karen, she has been so very helpful since I started looking at apartments, everything went very smooth. It was quick and easy to schedule a time to get things fixed. Very accommodating!

The process to rent with Ridgedale Manor is extremely smooth! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ridgedale Manor is very strategically located as well. Everything you need is walking distance. The apartments are very clean, modern and neat as well! Area is very safe, quiet and peaceful as well! Would recommend 10/10!

Lived here for 3 years and had an excellent experience. The office staff were friendly and responsive. In the event that I needed maintenance, they always followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was happy. If I didn’t have to relocate for work, I’d still be living here.

I have been a tenant at Ridgedale Manor Apartments for 5 years, and I just re-newed my lease for another year. I'm very happy living here. The tenants in my building are respectful of one another. Even though I know some tenants better than others , all of us look out for one another and we care about each other. My apartment building is very clean, inviting, and quiet. I live in an upper one-bedroom apartment, which is really good size and very comfortable. The living room is very spacious. My cozy bedroom, and eat-in kitchen are perfectly sized. The office staff (specifically, Karen AND Kristen, who have been with Ridgedale Manor Apartments since before I moved in) are ALWAYS professional, kind, and understanding. They truly care about their tenants' well-being. If there's ever a need for a maintenance call, it is guaranteed that your problem will be resolved fast! As a matter of fact, the office staff always either calls or emails as a courtesy to make sure maintenance properly completes the job. The grounds always look nice, and the lawn and bushes are always trimmed and manicured. If you're looking for a nice suburban complex to move in to, whether it be an apartment or a town home, Ridgedale Manor is a great choice!

My husband and I had heard many wonderful things about Ridgedale Manor from our friends and family. We were blown away just from the drive by! The community is clean and cozy and well kept, there's a pool and public grills and playgrounds! I immediately put in an application and Krystin got back to me within hours! We stayed in touch and kept eachother up to date and the process was so easy! Moving in was easy too! Our neighbors introduced themselves and everyone who walked by smiled and waved. We feel so welcome in our townhouse and can't wait to start our new life in the clean, happy, beautiful community that is Ridgedale Manor!!

Me and my husband lived here about 2/3 years ago! We loved it before we left out of town. We came back in February and I looked everyday for Ava for these apts since I loved them so much. The staff are top tier! I am definitely not moving for a long time . We are here to stay!

I just moved into my unit today and am already beyond happy with the complex as a whole as well as the customer service that I have received from the leasing office staff. Karen and Krystin have been beyond helpful throughout this entire process and have made me feel comfortable and welcomed in my new home. My grandfather had lived at this complex for over 30 years and had nothing but good things to say about it. I was immediately welcomed by friendly neighbors upon entering my unit for the first time and was also given a thorough tour from Karen. I very highly recommend Ridgedale Manor!

First of all the staff was incredibly kind to me from the beginning! When my previous landlord had given me 30 days notice during the end of winter because she was giving my apartment to her son.. I was panic stricken about finding a good place to live not far from where I work. The staff in the office assured me they would help me and really made the process quick and easy for me ! The location is perfect and close to everything that I enjoy and I couldn’t ask for a more cozy apartment that is perfectly suited for me! Highly recommend you choose Ridgedale!

I lived in a house for over 30 years and just relocated to Ridgedale Manor I love it here the office staff is wonderful and very friendly and the maintenance crew are all very professional and great at their job. It's a great sense of relief to move after so long to a place where it felt like home from day 1!!!!!!!

Ridgedale Manor is my first apartment and I was a little nervous. However, the whole leasing experience was actually pretty painless, thanks to Karen! She alleviated all of my concerns and answered all my questions. I was disappointed that I couldn't tour the apartment before committing to the lease but now that it's been a couple of weeks and I'm settled in, I couldn't be happier! It's pretty quiet, the amenities are good, and the price is very reasonable. Also the location is fantastic, very close to nearly everything I need. Overall, I highly recommend Ridgedale Manor to anyone looking for an apartment!

The staff in the office truly care and it shows, they made the application and move in process so easy! I absolutely love my one bedroom townhouse, having my own private entrance and an upstairs has made all the difference for me! It is clean, the grounds are well maintained, and it’s so quiet and peaceful! I couldn’t be happier that this is where I ended up.

The apartment is fantastic, large size with closets for days. I even have a walk-in pantry! The management is super friendly and answered all my questions. After selling my house of 34 years, I found not just an apartment but a home! So glad I came here. My only regret is not selling my home sooner! Thank you Ridgedale Manor!!!

If you are still not sure if Ridgedale Manor is for you, I really hope my review helps you support your choice. I just moved here this summer. From the beginning, I had nothing but support from administration. Even after my lease consultant was changed, Karen help me finalize all documents, and answered ALL my questions. What I absolutely love about Ridgedale Manor, they are great at keeping all areas clean. There are many shops near by, many fun places for the kids, like the zoo, clubhouses, parks and more. I really did my research before my family decided to move upstate and I honestly believe that this was the best choice. My family and I feel safe, taken care of and welcome. I would definitely recommend this place.

I want to thank the office staff and the manager Kristin for always taking the time to care about the residents that live at Ridgedale. I have lived here for 10 years and I have always been treated so nice from the staff. I see some people have posted bad reviews but I assure you they are not all true. The complex is always kept clean. I love the pool in the summer. My family loves living here. There has been some water or maintenance issues in my building but we are always notified by a letter that something is going on. It is the best place in Greece to live. I would recommend anyone to live here. Office staff keep up the excellent work.

I am so pleased that I moved into these apartments. I had no problems with my paperwork in the office. Karen had all my papers ready to sign, and the other lady is very nice. Karen showed me my apartment and the laundry room card and how to use the machine. In winter, the roads get plowed. I can't wait till summer and go to the pool. Sincerely yours:

I just recently moved in, but so far it has been great! I love my townhome and the staff were so friendly and helping!

This property is unsafe. Hallways are dirty and often filled with tenants who smoke . Calls regarding this go unaddressed by the staff. Mold in apartment closets, washer and dryers will go unfixed for months at a time. I did not feel safe going out after dark . Lights in parking lots never work .

Easy smooth transition of the move in process. The staff is so friendly and great to work with. The apartment itself was really big in size. Small patio outside your sliding glass door in my particular unit is a bonus. Parking is no problem that I see. Plenty of it. Many amenities they offer and are close to everyday shopping centers. If your looking for the whole package, this is the one!

I just moved in a little more than a month ago and everything has been wonderful especially the staff. Whenever I've had a question I got a quick and friendly response. I had a small issue with my shower and it was handled very quickly and maintenance was very friendly. I've lived living here so far!

I love living here, the staff in the office is always very helpful and very nice especially Kristin. When something breaks they fix it right away or asap. If I call the office with a concern they address it right away. For example the walk way outside the front door was very slippery and I almost fell, I called the office they had someone come out right away and put salt down and it never happened again. The apartments are really nice and very clean.

Initially, we loved it here. Now, we are counting the days to move. We live in an apartment building so I cannot speak to the townhouses. I would need two full pages to stress to you the negatives of living here, but suffice to say, it has gone downhill, and I do not recommend it. We have lost power multiple times; lost water as well. They send out emails but does that help? NO Clearly, the buildings are old, and the exterior, as well as interiors are never upgraded in any way. As it is difficult to control people's behavior, we have to deal with pot smokers, and people that just love to spray air fresheners. These smells permeate our apartment, and there is no recourse. The two good things I can say regards the office staff, and the maintenance staff; when something breaks, they do their best for us. As I said, if not for Covid, we would have moved, and hopefully, things will change BUT one way or the other, we will not renew our next lease.

Wish I moved here sooner, super professional group, they helped me every step of the way when I needed a place. Ericka was great with follow ups and check ins, my unit was better than I expected, would highly recommend any family of size to consider Ridgedale manor.

I moved in recently, and everything has been great so far. Leasing Office personnel is responsive and always friendly, ready to help. Some maintenance had to be done on my townhome that was missed while getting the apartment ready for me, but the guys fixed the things that needed attention within a couple days of putting in my work order with the office. I am very happy with the service and amenities here so far!

I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment a little over a month ago and I like living here. The staff have been friendly and are on top of things when you need help with something. The neighbors are friendly and the maintenance are on top of things when getting work orders done.
