The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ridge45 Apartments
Ridge 45's apartments are poorly and cheaply built, and they certainly have embraced the phrase, "quantity over quality". I've had my A/C go out twice, the door handle and deadbolt on my door become loose and almost fall off, a massive leak that caused water to come out of my master bathroom ceiling that took weeks to fix, among several other things. The walls are paper thin, and if there are people standing outside having a normal conversation you can hear every word crystal clear. I can even hear my next door neighbor snoring at night. In the winter, snow removal is abhorrent. Also, the owners don't seem concerned about the lack of security here, and with all of the things that have happened I'm not comfortable walking my dog around the complex when it starts to get dark. I would avoid this place if at all possible, you certainly don't get your money's worth, and you'll end up with a headache. All Ridge 45's owners care about is making money off the poor souls who sign their leases.
I would like to put out a general recommendation to anyone thinking about moving to Ridge 45 complex to NOT DO IT. I have been here for three years, had my dog here for two years. Over the weekend, I was contacted by maintenance stating that he was barking and I had a noise complaint two nights in a row. I explained that I work in the ER and was at work so there was nothing I could do. The next two nights I had a neighbor listen and let him out. I received an email today from the manager stating that my dog must be removed from the complex as he has caused too much disturbance. Mind you I have had him here TWO YEARS with only one other complaint regarding the issue last year. You chose to live in a complex with dogs, and now I have to surrender him to my parents for the rest of my lease this month. Thank you Ridge 45 for making this stressed out nurses life that much more stressful. Never will I recommend a facility that is so disrespectful.
