Property Ratings at Ridge Crossings
We got a new property manager, I’ve heard her name is Lisa A. but nobody has seen or heard back from her yet. The sewage bills have skyrocketed ! Doubled for most and tripled for some. Residents have been instructed to “pay it” and we might , might , get reimbursed. The trash piles up for weeks on end while they sneak a double “trash fee” on your bill. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR BILLS.

Staff, especially Danielle and Shannon were wonderful. Maintenance was great and always quick. Pool and gym always clean.
Ridge Crossing staff go above and beyond for their residents. They have made me feel welcomed since day one, when I came by for a tour. I have now lived here just over a year and can honestly say it feels like home. I would like to personally thank Mrs.Marsha and her team for keeping the community clean and making sure all of my minor issues are taken care of in a timely manner! You guys rock! If you are looking for an apartment to call home in or around the Hoover area I highly recommend you take a look at ridge crossings!
Love the location. Since my initial break in 3 months after I moved in, I have had no problems.
I have several coworkers that already stay here and they recommended it to me. It's convenient for many reasons. It's been quiet and the other residents have been respectful and helpful. I've already recommended it to friends looking for an apartment.
Overall, the exterior of the property seems to be well kept. My unit has several things that could be better addressed. I am a Realtor, and considering the market comparisons for apartments, I know that Trace Crossings is better than others.
I appreciate the maintenance team for all the hard work they are doing on a daily level. Thank you so very much for fixing my little problem.
Lived here since 2011 and enjoy the area and the customer service, best maintenance team ever.
My call to repair services is always answered that day and fixed by the next, men are polite and friendly and always wish me a good day after finishing, I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live, I have lived here 8 years and am about to sign a new lease soon
I honestly was so nervous moving to a large apartment complex. I was pleasantly surprised with our experience in the community for the two years that we spent there. We loved our neighbors and never had an safety issues. We loved the walking trail and the pool. I moved because I built a home, but was honestly sad to leave our little place. Our unit had an amazing sun room looking out to the woods that was just so peaceful to wake up to. Ridge Crossings played such a huge role in our transition after my divorce and I am very thankful for them.
The rent increase at my renewal time was a major turn-off, especially since I know one of my neighbors didn't have such a steep rent increase and she renewed at the same time as me.
Looks like a nice,safe environment. The apartment I looked at was very nice. The rental manager was extremely nice and helpful with everything and was very welcoming.
The office staff welcomed me with open arms and from the jump I have been pleased!
Beautiful place to call home .. for many Years...
Its a very nice community and I love it here. Its very spacious and has nice amenities and is close to everything. The only thing negative that I tell people is that its expensive and didn't have any move in specials.

I think that Ridge Crossings has a variety of options to fit different needs. For me, I three girls, and a townhouse with garage is the safest option for me and my family. They also have flats and other style homes.
Anytime I have an issue with anything in my home, it is always addressed in a timely manner. And the service is ALWAYS professional and great!
I have lived here for going on three years. I moved away and then moved right back 6 months later. It is hands down the best apartment complex I have lived in yet.

I have lived here for almost 9 years. It has been great. The property and leasing manager are great and easy to work with. They have always been very pleasant and friendly. The maintenance staff is also very nice and responsive. They have 2 pools, a playground for kids and tennis courts that have been very well maintained and welcoming. The community is very nice and friendly.

I have lived here for now 3 years. Conveniently located near Hoover school areas, the interstate, and 150. Not too close to the Galleria or Patton Creek to drive you crazy with traffic. The apartments are nice, I recommend at least the one bedroom with sun room. The top floors have sky lights. Nice walking trail, two pools, and a small dog park. Everything delivers to the complex!

The list goes on and on and we are thrilled you make Ridge Crossings and Hoover your HOME!
It's nice, but it's old. I spray for bugs and critters myself as well as the pest control isn't enough. I keep pest control under my kitchen sink and spray whenever I clean/mop and it tends to work. But there is mildew growing in the ducts, in my bath tub... etc. The paint is horrible flat paint that holds all dirt, etc.

Although we do have 76 acres, I agree, due to our high occupancy, parking can be tight at times. We actually do have a 2.5 parking spaces per apartment here, but over the years, more family members are driving and people have more than just one car per household. I had reservations with living in such a large community but I am more than pleased with the way the staff has addressed my needs as a resident. I have great neighbors and my apartment location is ideal for having my two young boys. I appreciate how much the staff communicates with us on issues, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is overall a nice property. It could be a lot more beautiful if they kept the grounds up better. The neighbors are not too bad, but there are a few frustrating ones but every apartment has that. Only had one very urgent maintenance request while I live there, and the maintenance crew had a miscommunication issue. So it went unaddressed for a day which was frustrating. But they were usually fairly quick to respond. And again, everyone was always nice and acknowledged there miscommunication or delayed response. I really do think they need more Staffing.. It could be a lot nicer.
