The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Richmond Row
Current resident here. I moved in and was told so many things that have changed. My trash fee has almost doubled when I was told it was a flat $26. The gate has been broken so long we have a homeless man wandering around when it gets dark. They don't supply poop bags for the dog park or wipes for the gym. There are bugs everywhere. You pay for an exterminator every month, but he doesn't even spray your building unless you complain enough to the front desk people. There are no screens on the windows allowing anything and everything to wander into your apartment. They apparently have a cleaning crew, but you wouldn't know by all the garbage bag leakage on the hallway floors. They clean the front where you sign the lease and that is all. There is so much more, but to save you some time I'll just say don't waste your money. It is overpriced and with all the hidden fees you will be paying way more than advertised.
After living here for the past 4 months, I've had nothing but issues with this apartment complex. They rarely answer the phone and even when they do, no one knows what's going on. They always say they'll call you back when they get more information, but they never actually do. Our AC was broken, causing it to be 80 degrees in our apartment for 4 days until someone came to fix it. One of their excuses for not fixing it was that the front office is closed on Mondays, which should not be an acceptable excuse for a pressing maintenance issue. On top of that, every time we called to see when someone could come out to fix the unit, nobody had any answers. Everyone will be nice to your face and act like they care, when they really don't. Management is extremely unorganized and it makes my roommate and I scared to have an actual maintenance emergency because we don't think anyone would actually help us. I have multiple friends who live here as well and all have had issues such as Wifi not working for over 3 months, AC being broken, maintenance workers entering unannounced, and packages being stolen. I would just really consider your options before choosing to live here.
