The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Nordica Village
My first few years here were great and staff was always responsive. Within the last 2 years I have noticed a slow down occur with ensuring tasks are completed, upkeep of apartment grounds, and responsiveness from property management. I love the apartment and its old charm and the safe neighborhood. I just wish we still had the integrity and work ethics that was previously seen when I moved in 2020.
Don't believe the positive reviews left here. I've lived here for three years now, in two different units. I was told I had to move out of my first one days before Christmas 2019 because they failed their gas inspection and didn't know when it would be fixed and was only offered a few hundred dollars off my rent. The "storage" that I paid for flooded and wasn't covered by my renters insurance because of negligence on the part of Nordica involving the drain nearby and I had to fight them to even get partial rent to make up for $2000+ worth of lost items. Now I'm in a unit that has updated appliances and central AC, which is great, except that there isn't ANY insulation in the ceiling (I've seen it with my own eyes) and as such, my AC doesn't stand a chance in the summer. I've put at least 3 work orders in about it over the last 1 1/2 years. Had two different AC companies out, told Shantel personally that it needed insulation, and you can see the water dripping from my ceiling. What did they do? Painted over it last winter. The water broke through that paint causing it to fall on my bed as I slept and as of today this issue still hasn't been fixed. I've also had water pressure issues for a year. On top of all of that, they still want to raise rent 10% each year lol, this place is a joke, so I've come here as a last resort in hopes that you all avoid this place. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

I have been here for about a month now and so far everything has been great. I had a couple maintenance requests after move in and Shantel and the team were quick to resolve them. Location is great in Old NE neighborhood--safe and quiet, close to downtown and friendly neighbors. Apartment is perfect, slightly modernized and at a great price. Would recommend to all.
