This building is of course pretty old. If you like the old charm of wood floors, stained glass windows, etc. and don't mind a little bit of the old creaky house-ness that comes a long then it is your style. Like most of Newburgh you'll want to have a car to get around, but you'll have to park on the street, and there is no elevator so be willing to walk. The location is pretty convenient, less than five minutes from both the Newburgh Beacon Bridge and Route 9W.
