Cheap, cheaper, and cheapest.
The apartment its self is okay. Cheap paint, old worn carpets, poor heating cooling and insulation, and small in size. It's got 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a decent living room and a tiny kitchen. The landlord has to be the worst possible in town. They don't fix anything, take weeks to return your calls, always have an attitude when they answer the phone, but are quick to let you know if you are behind on rent.
