The office staff are absolutely amazing and super sweet as well as maintenance. They are super quick to help or respond if we need them. There is also a great sense of community here my little family really loves. We have been here a full year and moved into a larger apartment since my family has grown and that process was super simple and easy. We love living here

I’ve lived here going on 4 years now and it’s been great! It feels so safe and peaceful living in these apartments. Nobody can get in unless they know the code or have a gate key which I love. I feel good knowing me and my kids can take walks with no worries. It’s very quiet unlike a lot of apartments I’ve lived in. I especially love how family feeling the office staff and maintenance are. For example.. I was pregnant last year and when I finally had my baby one of the main maintenance guys knew who I was and anytime he see’s me and my baby he always smiles and goes on about how big he’s getting. You can have friendly conversations with the staff and it doesn’t feel like they just work here if that makes sense. Also you’ll constantly see all kinds of adorable dogs going on walks! So if you’re an animal lover like I am you’ll love it here! It’s just a very friendly quite place and I highly recommend it.

Honestly this has been such a great place to live. Been here for about a year and everything is still consistently good. The office staff are always friendly and quick to resolve any issue with a sense of urgency, the maintenance workers are quick to handle requests, & i never have to worry about whether our packages will be stolen if they are left out too long. It feels like such a safe environment & everyone here is so nice & friendly.

I have lived here since December and I absolutely love it here. Every neighbor I have encountered has been friendly. The management staff is extremely helpful as well as so down to earth and nice. The apartments are beautiful. The pool has been so nice to relax in with it never being over crowded this far this year.

I’ve lived here for about a year now, and can whole heartedly say this complex is top tier when it comes to comfort, cleanliness, quiet, and holds professionalism and respect in the highest regard for tenants. They are quick to address any issues that may arise, and you can tell the mission statement of this complex really is providing a wonderful community for people to live at an extremely affordable price. Maintenance requests are responded to with haste, landscaping is fully maintained on a week to week basis, as well as there being wide provision of amenities to make this complex that much more enjoyable to reside in. If you’re looking for a family friendly, well maintained and quiet environment, this complex is definitely for you!

These apartments are poorly built. We constantly hear our upstairs neighbors (even just walking) and we frequently hear our downstairs neighbors tv. The hallway smells like skunk a good portion of the time. There have been numerous issues with the trash pick up. The pool is frequently closed and the gates have been broken and/or not working several times. One year, and we had had enough. There is no way that I'd recommend anyone pay these prices for this place.

I live on the bottom floor. I rarely hear noise above me, and it is nice and quiet outside. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and staff has been so friendly. I have lived here six months and will definitely renew for another year. Oh yeah, pool and outdoor area is lovely. Convenient trash pickup at your door each night is a bonus!!!

Awful if you like noise and lots of it while you pay extra high prices to live in a community where you have zero rights 17207 is the place for you enjoy oh yes and I don't need some lame manager response thank you

Our residents’ comfort is very important to us and we are sorry to hear that noise from your neighbors had been an issue during your residency with us. Noise pollution can be an unfortunate side effect of living in a multifamily housing situation. That said, while we understand that you don’t wish to further discuss your concerns with us in this public forum, we did leave you a message yesterday regarding your other concerns. Thank you.
I have to agree with the previous statement. I hear conversations with the unit I am in. Like full conversations. I love the units, they are beautiful BUT the noise issue is definitely that... an ISSUE. An complaining does no good... Good luck with that one.
Beware!!! If you can get an apartment on the 3rd floor, you should be okay, but any apartment that has someone living above you is to be avoided. There is absolutely NO noise insulation and the merest walking across the floor sounds like a herd of elephants having a party.
