When I first moved in, the unit was so humid that mold grew on all of the furniture, cabinets and appliances and when I inquired about it was told that there was nothing they could do and to get a dehumidifier. When one of my roommates moved out, staff didn’t lock up the door or clean up the room fully then charged both me and my other roommate a full month’s rent claiming that me in my roommate had been using the room. When my unit was broken into and one of my appliances was stolen I was told that because there were no cameras, there was nothing that they could do and to contact local police and ask around myself. Despite having renewed my leases early to lock in a cheaper rent rate, I was still charged a higher rent than I was promised when I renewed my leases. When I mixed up my move out date, I called to say I would still be there one day later so that I could clean the whole apartment and was told that was fine. They then proceeded to move everything that they considered a “personal effect” outside and left everything in front of the unit door while I was gone after my official lease end and despite being told that Maintenance took everything and left it in storage, they did not and let another resident steal my most expensive appliances that I own, including a several hundred dollar vacuum cleaner. If the rent weren’t so cheap and I weren’t so poor I would never live here and I would never recommend anyone else live here either. The lack of accountability by management and staff is almost laughable

I love living here! All the staff is super friendly and you can't beat the price! I love all the amenities as well, including the pool and gym!

The staff and manager were very very helpful with our issues and have done a good job at correcting them and making amends!

The staff here is amazing and will help answer any questions you have. Also they will fix any problems you have within 1 to 2 days.

The staff is super nice and maintenance does a good job of being on top of any issues you may have. The rooms and apartments themselves are great for the price, and if you go to GCSU or GMC it's a relatively short walk, or an easy drive! Def recommend.

I do like this apartment. It's between 10 - 15 minute walk to campus. I do like the rooms they provide.

The leasing office does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to correct a situation! they will let it keep going for SEVERAL MONTHS before doing anything. if u don’t stay on the top floor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ASAP!!

I would highly recommend Revelry Flats to those looking for an apartment in the area. Revelry maintenance goes above and beyond for their tenants, they always come in a timely manner, are super friendly, and quickly fix any issues I have had. The staff in the lobby is super welcoming and easy to work with, as well as management, it is always a pleasure to stop by the lobby. Revelry offers great amenities such as two pools, grills, 24/7 gym, tanning beds, volleyball court, and fire pits. Revelry also plans many fun things to do throughout the year for the complex. They take great care of the entire complex with a landscaping crew and pest control. Parking is great and the complex is just a short walk from campus and downtown. I have lived here for two years and plan on renewing for my third! I would 10/10 recommend living here!

I’ve been living here for about 7 months now and love it! The apartment is great for the price, and the staff is always very helpful! Anytime there is an issue with the apartment it’s been resolved by the next day, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful!

This is the worst possible place you can live at GCSU! They enter your room without notice and often come in FOR NO REASON. I STILL HAVE NO AIR IN MY APARTMENT. IN MIDDLE GEORGIA!!!! There is dog poop EVERYWHERE AND VOMIT. The walls are paper thin and the carpet will not be cleaned upon move-in. You could not pay me to stay her again. It was so loud and the staff is awful.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I wish zero stars was an option.. They will take advantage of you. If you are not there for your inspection when you move out, they will charge you for damaged furniture even if it isn't damaged. The complex is outdated and poorly managed. There was once dog poop sitting outside my apartment door (which was on the second floor) for about a week before someone cleaned it up. Our door was once vandalized by stupid kids with a fire extinguisher, and we called multiple times for someone to come clean it off our door and they lied saying that maintenance has already come by to clean it when they didn't and our door stayed like this for a few days. The wifi goes out occasionally and we had to wait an hour to shower for hot water if someone had just showered. The place is really just a trash hole and the management doesn't seem to care about what their complex looks like on the inside or the outside. The rent is way too much for what you actually get. They don't mention certain things that could end up charging you. The management is not helpful or sincere and they will lie to you to get what they want. They are only there to steal your money. Don't waste your time at a dump like this. There are way nicer places to live at, at the same price or even less.

Besides the lack of sidewalks and the time it takes work orders to be completed, this is a pretty great place. They host many events that bring a sense of community and generally cater to college students. The rooms are all a nice size and the full sized kitchen makes it easier to prepare meals in the apartment.

The Grove has the potential to be a great apartment complex, but unfortunately it does not seem as though the corporate owners care enough about the satisfaction of their tenants. Their actions seem to be purely driven by fiscal incentives. I suspect that the reason behind many of the complex's issues is the greediness of the corporate office. I will say that the general manager, Brett, has always seemed kind and professional. Most of the student employees seem to be nice as well. But there must be some regulations put in place by corporate that make it difficult for the complex to be excellent. For instance: They'll bombard you with texts and emails about renewing your lease, but they won't hire people to keep the building areas clean. When something needs to be repaired, you'll find yourself having to remind the front office again about the problem days after submitting a maintenance request. I suspect that corporate probably has a limit on the number of maintenance workers the complex can employ, and that they force the person who runs the social media to beg tenants to renew their leases and tell their friends about the Grove until every last unit is leased. As I said at the beginning of this review, I truly feel as though this complex has the potential to be much better than it is, however, the corporate money grubbers seem to get in the way.
