Revel ballpark has a great location to the Battery, walkable with gated entry. The property itself is starting to look worn and dirty. Lots of young residents who party during the weekends and during the week. It's loud due to the proximity to the battery, young residents, dogs, planes, helicopters, Dobbins Airforce base and traffic from nearby I75 & 285.

I am now living here at Revel Ballpark for my upcoming 4th Braves Baseball Season. The location is most convenient as it is walking distance to the Atlanta Battery and Truist Park. The Staff are very professional and also friendly. It is a great place to live.

I really enjoy the complex and the surrounding community. The front office and the maintenance teams are top notch and very personable. They very informative when you need an answer to a question. The front office team is top notch. They go above and beyond for their clients. The facility team is amazing and very personable.
The maintenance service is excellent! Both of the maintenance men are very polite, timely, considerate and knowledgeable. Front staff and management have been very poor since Lauren left. The complex isn't as clean as it used to be, management is often delayed in addressing issues, and with sense of community.
If you are thinking about moving in- THINK AGAIN. With the recent management change this place has gone down the drain. Make sure to check their trash parking policy that limits your guests to only 14 days a month to visit AND they must pay $10 to park for 7 of them. So $70 a month for your visitors on top of a new $75 dollar fee per permit. On top of this- do not ever expect a call back from management. Problems are frequently left unresolved, including their rude office staff. The pool is treated like a public pool so expect all that comes with that including trash, non residents, children, family gatherings, etc. I would suggest checking other places in the area, because at this rate you are just being robbed. Very sad I resigned a few months back and was met with such unfortunate changes.

This is a very nice apartment complex with a very friendly community and very friendly staff. Anaya helped me with lease and move in and has checked up on me since. The grounds are decently well maintained.
Revel Ballpark service team and onsite staff conduct themselves in a very professional way. They are very attentive and ready to make sure their residents are enjoying their experience. The facility team are very professional and knowledgeable and strive to make repairs in the same day for their residents.

I have lived here for 9 months and truly have absolutely nothing to complain about. The amenities are top notch from the pool, to the gym, to the common areas. We have Parcel pending so my packages are always safe. The management is 10/10 - extremely friendly and responsive. My favorite part might be Greg, our AMAZING maintenance guy. The very few times I have had to submit a request, it was answered within 24hrs and Greg always follows up to make sure everything is great. I could go on for forever but if you’re looking for a great community, safe place to live, and wonderful management - this is the place for you.

I have lived here for one lease and unfortunately have to relocate for work in a couple of months. This place has it all from the pool to the updated gym to friendly staff on site. You know you are living in a great community when your biggest complaint is that they don't change the kegs quick enough for the complimentary beer they offer. I don't see how there could be a bad review on this place. Thank you for making my stay amazing.
