This place is run down. The google reviews show what’s really doing on here. All these nice photos are from years ago. Definitely a bait and switch because the amenities were supposed to be done by august at the latest now it’s november and it’s nowhere near done. I’m looking for somewhere else to live.

This place is having so much trash buildup and ongoing construction which never finishes! We have been lied to several times about when it would be completed, but it continues. We may go an entire lease without anything completed!

It was a excellent experience living here and very clean from maintenance men always picking up And had the a/c go out and young man jacob came to my rescue and had it back on and working better in less than 45 mins of my call!! Only reason I stayed as a resident here for so long over 3 years Great job maintenance men !!!!

I definitely would not recommend moving to Pure Living. Two weeks ago, they gave everyone in my building a notice that we have to leave in two weeks because of the construction and renovations they were doing. They said it wasn’t safe so we needed to get out. Ever since Berkshire brought out Pure Living, things have gotten worst. For two weeks, I had to deal with the noise from construction workers. The construction workers even showed up to my unit while I was at work to remove the blinds and windows. They taped up the windows and blocked off my patio. I work from home and I told them I was at work and they were being so loud that I couldn’t focus but they didn’t care. I also had a meeting at my job that day and couldn’t hear what was said in the meeting. I had to let my manager know that I had construction workers at my place and I couldn’t hear anything because of the noise. I believe Pure Living did this on purpose to drive everyone in my building out. I won’t be surprised if they raise the rent for the new tenants. Also we were suppose to be given a 30 days notice to leave not a two weeks notice. Giving us money for moving expenses and giving us back our security deposit and return of rent for the two weeks does not make up for the fact that we only had two weeks to move and had to deal with the noise from construction workers almost every single day until we moved out. I moved out two days before I had to leave. Fortunately, I was able to move in with my boyfriend but I felt really bad for my neighbors who have nowhere to go. It’s hard to find a new place in only two weeks . Also I was barely able to enjoy the amenities when I was living there because they closed the pool for MONTHS due to “ renovations”. I paid all of this money for amenities that I didn’t even have access to for months. If you are considering moving here, please look at the reviews first. Pure Living or Berkshire do not care about their residents.

This place is falling apart and there is nothing luxury about it. The pool has been down for months. The gates are hardly ever working. The ceiling in the hallway is falling down. Anytime there is a good rain shower water comes through the sliding glass door. The fridge leaks due to poor sealing. On some units the sliding glass doors don’t even close all the way. If you try to get ahold of anyone in the office good luck. The office is hardly ever open during operating hours and even after several messages left can never get a returned phone call.

Went by to go see them and omg disgusting ! Walls are green with mildew, no one in the office, trash out of the cans not worth it.
Pure Living is in a wonderful location, the staff is very responsive, and maintenance is so respectful and personable. I've said this since day 1 and still say it after being here for about 6 months.

My experience at Pure Living has been excellent. From maintenance staff to management, everyone is very kind, caring and excellent at what they do. If there is an issue they help you, if there is a problem they fix it, and then call the next day to make sure everything is ok. I feel very lucky to be a resident at Pure Living and would just like to extend my personal thanks to Dean Benny and Luci, this past years been tough and cant thank u guys enough for all you have done for me. If youre in the market for an upscale apt in the Lake Mary Heathrow area your first and last stop will be Pure Living.

Pure Living as been such a wonderful living experience. I was so nervous in the my search of a place to live but after being here for a few months I definitely know I made the right decision. I dont think you would want my comments to be shared as they would not be positive for your marketing. I am currently starting to look for my own townhome or other place to live. I cannot drive so it takes me a while since I am dependent on others. And a lot of the push for me to leave here is because that I feel the physical appearance is not being taken care of having to get maintenance and things completed is like pulling teeth, trying to contact the front office now to talk to someone is very difficult. My door itself had mold growing all over it. There is still a little tiny shards of glass on the steps the landings look like the slums. My son told me when he came up, his apartment complex at his university Where he lives, is taken care of much better than where I am here.

Pure Living Apartments and Villas in a complex "out in the country" but equipped with all the latest comfort benefits, i.e. a magnificent and picturesque pool with comfortable relaxtion areas and barbecue equipped, a gymnasium for fitness consscience, a volley ball court, putting green, and playground for the kids [and with padded ground] and a serene and beautiful look upon the Seminole County couontryside adjacent ot Craig's Lake. We are a few miles off the Internaional Parkway in Lake Mary which makes it an easy commute to Lake Mary, Altamonte Sprngs, Winter Park, and Sanford. We are a gated community with vehicle cleaning familities adjacent ol our maintenance area. We are blessed with both indoor and outdoor entertainment center including bars, barbecues and the like and located in the main administrative building, We love it here, have been here for three years after selling our family home of 39 years in Altamonte Sprngs, and plan to stay here forever. I have lived here for over two years and find that this place is great! Great maintenance and great staff. They are very helpful and go above and beyond.
Staff does the best it can, but Pinnacle has turned this place into a dump and the newer residents renting have brought this place and at close to $2k/month...run from here. Street lights don't work, condom wrappers, dog crap everywhere, cars flying around and almost hit me and the dogs many times, pool area a mess.......Pictures on website about 10 years old, so don't go them. If you take a tour, really look around and you'll see what I mean.
When we first moved in, the apartment was not clean (had to hire someone to clean it) and was missing a lot of stuff for example bathrooms towel holders and other stuff. We mentioned all of that and more in the checklist that we were given at the beginning and we expected that they will take care of it, but it was completely ignored, so we saved ourselves some hassle and we bought them out of packet. You will find no privacy at all in your apartment, Anyone working in that complex can enter your apartment while you are not home without giving you heads up and even when you ask to be present when someone comes they will tell you that they don’t know what time exactly he/she will be there in your own place. Unless you are living in a third floor feel free to hear the noise of your neighbors and when you complain about it, they have absolutely no fix for it!!!!!! (I know many people are complaining about the same thing) They say it is a gated community, but technically anyone can get in and out. The gate is always open and even at night they guy lets everyone in without even asking for IDs. I took many many pictures of the gate complelty open after 10pm- both the visitors side and the residents side- with no one even standing in the security room. They give you a list of the forbidden breeds of dogs that you cannot have and then you get surprised when you see all these breeds in the complex. Bottom line you get deceived by the beautiful,and the modern design of the apprtments, but once you sign your lease you see the real community. There are many complexes around the same area that are much organized and betterly managed.
I normally do not have time to write reviews when I am not happy with a service or product. Like most people do. But in this case, I couldn’t help but write a review about Pure Living. My husband and I moved literally 11 months ago. Although, the apartments are beautiful and the place is luxuries / looks fancy, but we really can't wait to leave this place for many reasons. 1- Bad managements: I am sorry but the staff is not really nice, they always try to give you hard time when you go and ask about something, and sometimes they would lie just to get ride of you. To be fair enough: Julie the manger is nice, but she is not there all the times, and she doesn’t have that many resources. 2- Bad maintenance: every time we call for maintenance they take forever to come, and usually the first respond we hear its not an emergency (uncontrollable bathroom leaking)!!! And that they are always busy. 3- You pay way too much for maintenance fee and whenever there is something broken especially in the gym, grilling area, and corridor, it takes forever to get fixed (month or 2 or not at all)!!!!!
Everything was very well and professional handled; I would only suggest that common areas be more supervised cause behavior of all residents sometimes are questionable.
Bad bad management! Beautiful complex but rude & incompetent staff. All they care about is taking your money very month. The service at this place is horrible! Yes horrible! You call and tell the office your kitchen sink is blocked & there is water seating in it. No one comes by to take a look............... ONE week later we had to physically go to the office and ask, trying to fix the problem ourselves but could not. They have the nerve to tell you that they are short on maintenance workers. I can understand if it is a routine problem that can wait. But NOT the kitchen sink. Especially not when you have children. We are paying so much money to be treated like we are living here for free. We cannot wait for our lease to be up in a few months so we can leave. I avoid even dealing with the staff as much as possible because they are very RUDE & Incompetent. They try to make up for their horrible service by standing at the gate once every 24months or so to offer tenants a breakfast sandwich................Clearly you guys don't get it! We pay THOUSANDS of dollars in rent each month. If I want a sandwich I would rather make one or buy it at a fast food joint............sandwiches are $1. So fix my blinds that have not opened for the last 7 months, even after your so called maintenance guy came by over 4 times. Unclog the blocked sinks. Fix all the broken machines and TVs at the gym. Most beautiful modern living apartments I've ever seen and lived in. It is kind of pricey, but that's what your paying for, First thing I noticed when I moved in was the absolute quietness of the complex its tucked away from the interstate and the city as well, which is great if your looking to get some peace and quiet.
this place is fantastic. it's beautiful, family friendly. around the area is nice and quite . very clean. amber at the front desk is very nice, friendly and works with you . must try to come in and give it a look.
