Management asked us to pay $4,000 which would include first and last months rent. We were still charged for last months rent so we paid the last month twice. Ever since we told management that we were not re doing the lease we were ignored for everything. Stolen packages, community doors not working, dogs running around without leashes, trash and cigarettes everywhere. Management does not care about you at all. They owe us money and they are still charging for repairs to the apartment which looks like they got the most expensive contractors to do and where just cosmetic fixes. Be very careful and if you decide to lease here make sure to save all of your documents and receipts.

The ladies in the office are so responsive, whenever I need something done they help with a smile. Zaza is the receptionist and she the 1st one you see and is so helpful.

These were once apartments but the grounds is really starting to look run down. The apartments could use some minor updating. It could use fresh paint, power washing and a clean garbage area. The garbage area is a completely eye sore. It really brings down the value- the high prices doesn’t match the “luxury living”
