Horizon City is a small suburban community located about twenty miles east of Downtown El Paso, just off of Interstate 10. Property Ratings at Retreat at Eastlake
Please do yourself a favor and do not move in. There's lots of same price apartments that are much better than this crappy apartment. There is nothing luxurious about thus apartment. Construction is done very poorly and the management does not care about your complaints or concerns. There will never be the promised amenities
