everything has been great minus our washer hose being broken and not connected. the water in the shower is brown??? and no one communicated about the gate opener.

absolutely love living at The Retreat at Chelsea Park! The community is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it feel like a true retreat at the end of the day. The apartments are spotless and beautifully maintained, with full modern upgrades that make them feel fresh and upscale. I especially love the large garden tubs – such a nice touch for relaxing at home. Moving in was a breeze. This apartment is beautiful, clean, and the staff is so helpful. We had an issue with our bathtub drain, it was promptly fixed by the maintenance staff. While he was there, an amazon package was delivered and he brought it inside for me!

We have really enjoyed living here! The quality of the apartments are great and it is in a great area to be close to things around town! Service requests have been completed promptly! Our only complaint is some of the residents, they leave trash out or dump trash right outside of the bins instead of putting them in and then it’s left for days before it’s cleaned up

We have been living here for only a couple days but we already LOVE it! The staff was very welcoming and acted fast. We needed to move in in a very short amount of time and they made that work for us. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The apartments look BEAUTIFUL and are very bright, which I love. I've been living in this apartment community for a while now, and overall, I have to say I'm really happy here. It has a great mix of comfort, convenience, and a welcoming environment that makes it feel like home. One of the things I appreciate most is how well-maintained everything is. The grounds are always clean, the landscaping is beautiful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Every time I’ve needed something fixed, the maintenance team showed up within a day or two, if not sooner, and they always did a great job. The apartment itself is comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The layout makes good use of the space, and the natural light through the windows gives it a nice open feel. Appliances are modern and in great condition, and the insulation must be pretty solid because I rarely hear noise from neighbors. That quiet atmosphere is something I really value.

The Retreat has treated me really well since I got here. I can honestly say the homes are set up in a way that makes sense and even tho I live on the third floor it’s not that bad of a hike up stairs. This place is very modern and homey so it’s great for family’s, people who are in school or whatever walk of life you come from.

My husband and I have lived here for a few months and we have had a great experience so far! All of the staff is very kind and helpful. They are always planning fun events for residents! They keep the property very clean, the only problem sometimes is the trash area can be very messy but that’s because of the residents not the staff.

It's a nice property and the staff is really friendly. They do a fairly good job making sure the grounds are clean and amenities can be used. The only thing I could complain about is that I've lived here for almost a year, and I wish they would pressure wash the breezeways. There are so many webs and dead bugs it just seems it hasn't been done in awhile and seems funny since everything is mostly taken care of. Also, the TV at the pool doesn't work (at least last time I was at the pool grilling) and make sure you bring some grill liners, because they do work, but no one seems to clean the grease off including from the burners. Decent location, even with construction. They do have a back gate which can be VERY convenient when traffic is backed up that will take you to either 1518 or schertz pkwy.

I have lived here for a year now, and I have loved it. The staff and management really make this a nice place to live; they are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. With these apartments, you can see what you are paying for, which is made even more evident when you see how hard the maintenance staff works to maintain the property. There might be some other reviews that say differently, but I see how much the staff cares through their work. This place is a real hidden gem. Plus, if your car breaks down, there are a bunch of dealerships nearby that can probably help in a pinch.

We recently moved in but since then we have had a great experience! The front office staff are very nice and helpful, the apartment itself was in great condition minus a few little things which we put a work order in for. Our only little complaints are the stairwells going up to the apartments are very dirty and covered in bird poop, they could use a little power wash. But overall we are really loving our spacious apartment and the wonderful community for the price we pay here.

I absolutely love living at Chelsea Retreat! My pup loves going to the dog park and the amenities are always clean. The fact that we are literally less than 5 minutes from H-E-B is a huge perk! We also love how quiet it is here and how incredible the staff is! They are always so friendly. We loved it so much we renewed our lease for a second year!

i love living here, nice neighbors altho they can be loud, but amazing service, it feels like home to me, only issue is with my window i assume it wasnt installed correctly because rain comes in and it's extremely hot in my room

Couldn’t ask for better management! Requests are handled promptly. The pool has been a blessing in this hot weather. It is well maintained and very popular. Plenty of barbecues for dinner.

Overall I have been satisfied with living here. It has its perks . It seems to be bought out a few times since I moved in 5 years ago . Staff is friendly Maintenance staff is amazing

My wife and I have really enjoyed living here. The amenities are plentiful but not overdone and pointlessly adding to the cost of living here. The maintenance staff are professional and fix any issues in a timely manner which is also seen in the office staff's great service and friendly demeanor. The management is quick to alert residents to any and all events they throw or issues the complex has. I'll be sad to move and leave here

The Retreat at Chelsea Park is everything I could ever ask for in an apartment complex, I never have to think of some services or amenities not working, and even if something doesn't break down, maintenance is quick, and efficient! The community is friendly, the complex itself is beautiful, and it's near so many useful businesses. The ONLY thing I can POSSIBLY think to ask is to add vending machines, but that's literally it; not a deal breaker whatsoever. The staff themselves are also very friendly, they give you courtesy calls if you have a balance left on your payment, with time to spare might I add. They generously offer a business center, so if you don't own a computer or a printer, you can take care of your needs there.

Quiet with lots of grass areas for kids to play on. Walking paths are away from the parking areas. Dog park is great. Maintenance helps with all my needs. We’ve enjoyed living here!
