Property Ratings at Residences on Riverdale
Between the roaches, mold, and other bugs, I don’t know where to start. The rent is entirely too high to live in those conditions on top of trash constantly being an issue. Police are always in the neighborhood. They are quickly fixed so that they can be rented out to the next tenant. Nothing is actually corrected, just patch work.
Lived here for all of 3 months, and left because of the ROACHES.
