The maintenance guys at this property were out here early in the morning during the snow storm making sure our streets were safe. They are amazing here and are always willing to talk if you pull them aside.

I am enjoying my time on this property. The maintenance men are very nice and welcoming and keep the property clean.

This humble abode, known to many as the "Residences of Summerlin," doth offer such luxuries that I wonder if I have not stumbled upon a magical kingdom. The stewards are of the highest and as for the amenities, oh! how thy heart doth rejoice! Thus, dear reader, if thou art in search of a dwelling where joy and tranquility reign, where one may bask in the warmth of comfort and, on occasion, a friendly neighbor, then look no further.

I had a maitnance issue with my door not locking. Dj came out and fixed my issues very quickly. He was very nice and professional.

The office staff was welcoming and helpful. Apartments very spacious. I highly recommend it!

I just moved in today and it was one of, if not the best moving experiences I’ve had. I’ve been working with Emily (leasing) and she’s been super great making sure I have everything I need for move in. She’s been super accommodating and sweet! DJ (maintenance) helped me into my apartment and walked me through everything else I might need to know. He said he does the repairs for the apartments after a move out and it’s practically a new apartment. It also smelled amazing. They also gave me a cute little move in gift! They got new burners on the stove and everything is so clean. 20/10 I wish I could give more than 5 stars

These apartments are beautiful, spacious, have tons of storage and are really worth the price. My boyfriend and I love it here! Emily is super helpful and communicative, and DJ the lead maintenance man is so nice and prompt! We feel like we’re staying at a resort with all this amazing hospitality. 5 stars so far!!

The apartments are excellent with more than enough space. Everything was extremely clean and like new when moving in. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly! Maintenance are excellent!

The apartments are so beautiful and very spacious. The patio is very big compared to other apartments I’ve seen in this area. I’ve been here about a year, and I love everything about it!! The cleaning crews come into the buildings to clean. The security of the buildings is great. Maintenance crew is AMAZING. The office is very helpful as well and polite, ready to help anyway they can and very quickly too.

I think the maintenance men alone are going to be the reason we never leave !!! They are wonderful respectful friendly and quick !!!! These men needs to have raises seriously !

The maintenance guy works hard to try to make sure everyone is happy with their work orders, and he does a great job! This place has a cleaning crew to keep the buildings clean, and I find that quite refreshing! The security system to enter your building is nice as well. The location is close to the highway, and having stores close by is also a plus. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. The apartments are a nice size, with a big window in the kitchen, wood vinyl floors are easy to clean. I would say, these are the best apartments in this area.

The apartments are beautiful and spacious, the property is clean and well taken care of and most importantly the maintenance staff is great. DJ in maintenance is always so friendly and willing to help, he has even helped us after hours. Overall this is a great place to live!

Spacious units, friendly office management staff, rapid response maintenance personnel, well-maintained common areas, convenient to grocery shopping and gas locations and there is a Starbucks in walking distance. I am prior military that moved around a lot and this, by far, has been the best living arrangement yet. Emily, of the management team, has been very helpful and wonderful.

I was impressed and grateful at how Emily helped us through the application process during this challenging time. I love the community and the maintenance staff has been very helpful.

Besides the units being spacious and beautiful, the staff here is excellent. Dominique is the office is top notch. The very few minor issues I had were handled quickly and professionally by Chris and DJ. The management company works diligently to maintain the cleanliness of the common areas, parking lots, and building stairways. Their communication with tenants is also outstanding.

I love living at Residences of Summerlin. Our maintenance staff is super knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. They are friendly and personable. The office management team is always supportive, informative and friendly. The facilities are always clean. The buildings are well maintained, inside and out. I honestly do not have any negative feedback about this neighborhood. I recently renewed my lease for another 12 months because life here is so wonderful.

I currently live here. The apartments are spacious w/ beautiful hardwood. Very well kept built in pool. Front office staff is fabulous as is Chris in maintenance. Chris is friendly & very responsive. A bit pricey for a single mom but overall very satisfied!!

Moved in a few months ago and this is a great place to live! The staff (Emily in the office and DJ and Chris from maintenance) are wonderful! Literally called in a service order and it was fixed 30 minutes later! The complex is clean and well maintained and quiet! Absolutely love it here! PS You can’t beat the 5 minute commute to APG!

I walked Into the office to ask them a question and they answered it immediately and they were so happy to see me and knew who i was Mentioned a problem with a light being out and they put the service request in while i was There and Chris in maintenance was at my apartment within a few minutes. Did amazing job and made me happy. He also gave my dogs some TLC while he was there. To do the extra effort is what makes this place amazing!!! Thank you so much!!!

The staff are are friendly and considerate! I had to have work done on the in unit dryer, and put in a service request on a Sunday night. It was fixed before I got back from work on Monday. Very attentive!

Terrific prompt service by maintenance. Shout out to Chris and Jackie for their work on my unit today. I filled out a work request last night, they made the repair today, and when I got home tonight the completed work order was on the counter! I feel totally at ease with them doing the work while I am at my own work location. Had a maintenance call a couple of days ago - Again, Jackie and Chris were very professional, even though they could not get my problem to repeat. Probably "Operator Headspace" (my term,not theirs) error, but they were professional about the whole thing and didn't make me feel stupid for calling in the problem! I am very happy living here.

I visited several properties in the area. Residences of Summerlin was by far the BEST in customer service and overall appearance of the complex & apartment features and that's why I decided to apply to live there! I hope it's just as great when I become a resident next month! I can't wait to fall in love with my apartment on the 3rd floor! People in other reviews are complaining about the noise but that's to be expected when you reside in a public setting! Excellent location, huge living space, great amenities and facilities AND Emily & Dominique in the office are professional...what more can you ask for in your new place of residence! The only thing I would suggest is a referral bonus for the new tenant and not just for the tenant who did the referring. Or some type of thank you for the new tenant. (Someone referred me).

I have been living here for 1/2 years on the first floor. Here are my reviews: Pros: - New building with everything new, well-lighted at night for safety. - Relative good location for shopping and relatively quiet area. - Management service team staff and maintenance staff are very responsive. They take care of building maintenance very well plus this is a new building. Cons: - No elevator if you try to live at higher (3rd floor). - Soundproof effects (especially the front door) is not so good and you can hear neighbors' dogs' barking very loud and clear. If you stayed home often or weekends, this is might be a factor to consider. - The Floor is weak and you can hear the upstair's foot walking rumbling sounds clearly and feel the vibrations - it is like having thunder overhard and it will be hard to have peaceful days at home for rest.

I have been just about a year and the commu it is very nice and very well kept. The maintenance men are always pleasant and very quick to respond. I can't complain about anything the front office staff is amazing as well. Especially Dominique she is very professional and friendly. The location is also great close to a lot of shops and restaurants. If your moving to this area this is definitely the community you would love to call home.

The place is great! But one thing when people who live over top of you that make so much noise! Something more needs to be done about it.

The nieghborhood here is great. The staff and people in the office is really nice and friendly. There all great about contacting you about anything and there call to see if your be home if there is anything that needs to be fixed. This is a very good community here.
