My wife and I was communicated to effectively from applying to moving in to the apartment. The ladies in the office was extraordinary. The customer service was one of the best I seen even at closing they held the apartment banner high . We received everything we were assured when we move in. I'm a resident here and we have had murders and shooting here, and I almost here gunshots on a regular basis and have sent several emails to management about getting security here on a regular basis ,only to fall on deaf hears. I'm afraid for my life everytime come home. Recently we just had a drive by shooting 9/16/22 and still no security I've seen.

Such a poor community. I have so much to say about this community. It crazy. I been here for two years and this place is infested with roaches! I bought every roach killer spray and nothing works. That place needs to be shut down. Maintenance don't help out with anything. The office people are lazy. Especially the manager!! Then I moved from here and now I'm getting charged for a move out fee and all these fees leaving this apartment! Regret getting this apartment!

The Resident at WestPlace is a great place to live that is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team are very nice. I been here for 2 years and will be renewing my lease again.
The staff are very professional and always willing to assist.
We have had nothing but problems since move in and are not happy with where we are living.
This is the worst housing experience I have ever had in my life. There is no one to hold accountable for the poor treatment so you just have to take what you get until your lease is over.
Very pleased with help from front office and the work of the maintenance crew!

Don’t move here!!! When I moved in they had security claim they change company and got rid of the security n I’ve lived here a year now and In that year I’ve had my car window smashed out. My friend car window smashed out, his wheels stolen My mom window smashed out stole all her stuff my wheels on my car stolen my neighbor got push down and rob (he have one leg). December 31st 2019 20+ car windows got smashed and broken into n They refused to do anything about it. I’m moving ASAP high rent and your can’t even sleep in peace always got to worry about if your wheels stolen or car broken into or even your apartment. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Don’t move here. I’ve been here less than a month and already counting the days down to my lease is up. The property manager is incompetent, the leasing staff are terrible. They would tell you almost anything to make a sell. Don’t believe anything the leasing staff tells you, it’s all a scam to get you to rent an a apartment but fail to follow through with their promises. Keep on looking for your dream apartment, because this one is Ghetto, dirty, and cheap.
Do not move here. First, the recent management switch to BH Management has been atrocious and what little customer service they did have has now gone out the window. The new property manager has no idea how to help her residents and is completely condescending. Even interrupting her other coworkers while they are talking to residents and taking them away from helping. Want to access the lobby computer area that is supposed to be open to residents during normal business hours? You better hope they have someone in the office, because they normally only have one person working and when they go out to show the lobby is closed and you cannot access anything. Even when I saw employees in the lobby and I asked them to just please open the outside door to the public (not even through the lobby) they just ignored me. This place is cheap, but consider what you are paying for. We made the mistake of ignoring the simple life fact of "if it sounds too good to be true, it is." We have tried to rectify these issues by contacting even the regional manager over this property but again, we were ignored and no phone calls or emails were returned. Ever.
I have found out so many things after the fact of them happening. I do not feel safe here whatsoever. Can not wait til our lease is up. So many things wrong with this place. People leave trash everywhere people do not pick up after their dogs. Just sad.

Just not safe. My car hit and run (500 deductible), another car burglarized W/shattered window(500 deductible). Recently, a suspected car thief was found dead in the lake behind my apartment. ( No letter, meeting, or concern for the residents). Yes, unfortunately there is more, two men were shot (one died) in the building next to mine. Most recently, I was shocked to find out that, the apartment across from mine had squatters in it running some sort of prostitution place. This is all the more overwhelming when I go to speak to someone familiar and I don't know who they are ( new staff). Any question I asked, the young lady asked the other older woman. I was also notified the my rent is going up another 100plus dollars. How when a great percentage of the newer neighbors don't seem to work.
I've lived here for a year and a half now. First in a two bedroom and now a one bedroom. At first everything was well but then my roommates and I saw a different side to this this. Out AC broke down every other month. And it would take them weeks to fix it, sometimes they would only fix it if I went to the office and complained. We started noticing that outside the apartment started smelling like weed. Then my car got towed because they were repaving the street but they left no note or email saying so. Though management said otherwise. They said they " shoved a note in the door". Then we had many people whose cars were broken into and two shootings on property. Probably because the gate is broke 80% of the time. If you order a package have it delivered somewhere you know you can pick it up from because either the office loses it or because there's multiple apartments with very smilier addresses that your stuff will end up in the wrong mailbox. Now I'm in a smaller apartment with my husband because they hiked the prices so much. Everything else in the area was unavailable so we had no choice.But everything is the same if not worse. The first month we had no ac and our dryer was broken for two months and they upped the trash service that we can't say no to. There's also a lot of wasps nests in the area. Lately there has been no parking, so I have to park a building over. Honestly this place just isn't worth the price and headache.
I like my apartment complex. The grounds are clean and maintenance has been good. The apartments are spacious and property manager is easily to get in touch with. The leasing office is pretty helpful for the most part. My main complaints are primarily some of ancillary costs besides rent such as pet rent ($15/month) and valet trash ($35) which are both non negotiable. The pet rent is especially disturbing being that we have to put 2 deposits down($200 non refundable and $250 refundable). For my apartment they also charged me an additional $25 per month because they had just put new carpet in my apartment.
REALLY NICE AND QUIET!! ALSO VERY SPACIOUS! The people at the office are amazing and informative. And maintenance is on top of their job!
I am very dissatisfied with this apartment. We moved to Florida 2013. We came from NJ. We were set to move in by Aug.1, 2013. Of course the apartment was not ready. We stayed in a hotel for a whole week which came to about almost $1100. We arrived on July 28th or the 29th. The moving company was horrible as well. They did not do proper cleaning at all. I walked throw and I over looked a lot of little things. My fiancee was out side with our one year old daughter. He then came in because he needed to verify everything himself. When he inspected he was not a happy camper at all. The refridgerator had dead roaches in it, the counter top in the kitchen was bubbled up paint and sticky. The bathroom had looked dingy even though they cleaned it. The apartment still had strong fume smells from the paint. We were totally disgusted with the whole situation. We expressed our concerns and they did try to please us, but of course living with a veteran they are very neat and everything have to be in order. So we said we would just stay here until the lease was up. Now we have a new property owner and they are the absolute worst. I have left several messages concerning my needs in my apartment and she have yet called or emailed me. They charge for valet garbage which is additional $15. We renewed our lease again like idiots! We were already upset because they replaced our garbage bins with rubber maid bins I could have purchased myself and to top it off. Our rent is going up and our garbage fee will be $25 opposed to $15. This is ridiculous. We are definitely looking for another place even if it means breaking the lease a few months earlier. We did decide to stay for now only because I need a hip replacement and I have been denied twice for SSID. So on top of my uncomfortable living situaition I also battle with this hip issue and a 3 year old. I just wish I could get a break for once. Iam very optimistic that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I'am doing my best to stay positive and I keep saying everything happens for a reason. I already had one hip replacement before we moved to Florida. Now I have to try to get insurance. So Iam looking for employment even if its part time. I would love to live rent free for a whole year.
