The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Residences at Tewksbury Commons
I just moved into Residences at Tewksbury Commons, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! The move-in process was smooth and stress-free — the leasing team was incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way. My apartment is beautiful, spacious, and exactly what I was hoping for. You can really tell the community is well-maintained and cared for. The amenities are a huge plus — everything from the fitness center to the outdoor spaces feels clean and modern. I also love how peaceful the property is while still being close to shops, restaurants, and major routes. Overall, I’m so glad I chose to make this my new home. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and great service, Residences at Tewksbury Commons is definitely worth checking out!
The apartment is great and so is management. The people leaving that bad reviews are the problem. My neighbors car got towed for parking in 2 spots and she went and yelled at the staff and now I’m seeing a nasty review. Don’t believe the people that post things. They all lie

We are absolutely thrilled to hear you love the apartment and management! ?? Thanks for recognizing our team!
Please do not waste your time applying to find a house to live there with your family. The condition of the house is not good at all, every second something is breaking, nothing in this apartment is in good condition. The doors and cabinets are always unscrewed, broken almost falling. The staff is unprofessional, the manager and chef are really rude, she makes you feel unwelcome with every encounter. The manager has no respect for the residents who live there, she asks a lot of racist questions and makes racist comments. If you are a foreigner please do not come and live there with your family.
Property Manager at Residences at Tewksbury Commons, Responded To This Review
Hi Jonh, We believe there may be some confusion here, as the experiences you’ve described do not reflect our property, team, or community values in any way. For starters, we do not have a chef on staff, and the individuals you've mentioned are not part of our team. It’s possible that your review was intended for another community with a similar name, such as Tewksbury Commons, which is not affiliated with us. That said, we want to be absolutely clear, we do not tolerate discrimination of any kind, and we take such accusations very seriously. Our team is committed to treating every resident and applicant with fairness, respect, and professionalism, in full compliance with Fair Housing laws. If you do have a concern related to our specific community, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and help resolve it. Please feel free to contact our office so we can clarify any confusion.
This property has drastically gotten better. I’ve been living here for 2 years

Hi Anna, Thank you so much for noticing the positive improvements and changes that we have made to our community. Our fantastic team works diligently to make the community a comfortable and happy place for our residents to be. If there is anything that we can assist you with, please let us know :)!
Poor communication, poor maintenance, high prices even for one bedroom, dirty spaces even the pool, the gym is old, I lost packages many times. Look another place.
This place is Ridiculous any time you try to reach the office they are not answering or if you go over there the place is shut down for 3 hour lunches. My buildings lobby was ruined by a flood in early February and still was NOT fixed when I moved out in July. That is just one example of the nonreponsive attitude of this place I left my place in impeccable condition I filled all holes and even matched the paint for touch ups. I had a walk through inspection in which I got rave reviews on how clean the place was and what great condition it was in. When I finally got my security deposit back I only received $528.27 of the $1000.00 I put down with NO explanation as to WHY. I gave more than the required amount of NOTICE for my move out date and always paid my exorbitant rent on time. The place is overpriced and undermanaged and I am so glad to be out of there
I moved in here 6/21/22. I moved into so many things that were damaged and so many things that are still not fixed including my HVAC unit! Nate in the office is the absolute WORST manager! They claim luxury. It is not. I have clear and obvious water damage, I have clear and obvious mold issues. It took me EXACTLY 2 months and 2 days to get a working washing machine. It’s been trying to say the least! Do NOT move here!
My wife and I moved in December of last year, and back then we felt like we were taking a chance on this place. The apartment layout, marble single-piece table/counter, beautiful sink/new appliances and AMAZING clubhouse/fitness center made us want to come, but you could also tell it was understaffed/undermaintained. There was work being done in the entrance to the Towers, issues with some of the doors, and just generally minor issues throughout (like lamps here or there not being on, etc). Alex (a regular rep at the time) was clearly working hard to hold the place together, and was doing a good job with how clearly understaffed they were at the time, but they were still clearly understaffed. However since Nate became manager and has gotten it staffed, it has taken a HUGE turn for the better, and we've really gotten to see this place hit the potential we hoped it would hit when we first moved in. There's no more dog poop ANYWHERE, people don't smoke where they're not supposed to, and the facilities are just in general excellently maintained. Whenever I walk around I always see him hard at work or talking to contractors to fix things or make improvements, and you can tell he really cares about the place - often working hard on fixing others' problems first even when the AC had been broken in his office for over a month. In his words were "Residents take priority." He always listens when we have problems, is empathetic, and takes whatever action he can to make sure it gets solved as soon as possible. He took over just before the pandemic hit and told everyone he would try to use any extra funds to host little gatherings/events at the clubhouse, and I thought for sure that wouldn't happen once the pandemic hit. But he creatively got food trucks to come so that people could have the event socially-distanced in the parking lot! Most properties with pools that I've seen clearly have had them closed all summer as well, but he worked with the town to figure out appropriate rules and even got people safe access to the pool, which I'm sure also wasn't easy to pull off. It also took a fair bit of extra attention from the staff since they had to keep track of how many people were there, but my wife and I REALLY appreciated the extra effort. We missed out on doing any triathlons this year, but we were able to do our own mini-triathlon and get a little training (and MUCH needed relaxation) in this summer thanks to them.
No one responds to any of your requests or complaints. The high amount you pay in rent is not worth the “amenities.” Everyone in the office is beyond rude and does the bare minimum. If it’s the last thing I do before I move out it’s to make sure everyone knows you’re better off elsewhere
