It feels safe, very quite, clean, and everyone seems friendly and helpful. Any concerns I have reported were immediately taken care of, which showed me they care for their residents. I have been living here for almost 2 years. The first year it was amazing but as soon as Joan left the office this place went down hill nothing gets fixed and now All I can smell Is weed in my son room. Very disappointed.

I very much appreciate the helpfulness and attention to detail by the property manager and maintenance staff. In these trying days of winter, ice and snow is removed from the property in a timely fashion. I don’t have to worry about falling on ice like I did at my previous apartment complex. Many thanks to Joan, Joe and Anthony for keeping us safe and our needs met.
Good place to call home. Large apartment with lots of closet space. In-house washer and dryer. Quiet and clean. Hotel feel lobby with coffe machine and water cooler. Really nice staff and neighbors.
We immediately fell in love with the layout of the apartment; there is a good flow to it. It is spacious with lots of smartly designed storage spaces. The grounds are kept nicely all the time, and the lobby has a hotel-like feel to it with a coffee bar and sitting areas. There is a nice swimming pool in the back. The staff is friendly and professional--including our life-guard. Overall, it is quiet here thanks to the maturity of the neighbors.
Pleasant Ridge lives up to its name. It is a pleasant place to live in..I have been here 20 years and feel very safe. It is very quiet and clean. Service is very good. Staff is very helpful and aim to please...coffee served in the lobby makes a pleasant and warm atmosphere. You feel welcomed. Neighbors are very nice. Fitness center is great with two bicycles... TV makes exercising less boring. Keep up the great work Joan and Joe. Edit
I have live here for 7 months , it is a very pleasant place to live and call home . I just wanted to take the time to thank Joan the property manager who went above and beyond to help my daughter get help to fix her flat tire ,so she would not miss work on her new job. Very peaceful Living here is wonderful. It’s a very peaceful place to live, the neighbors are very friendly, it could be because the majority of them are older and mature. Which is why I like living here.To top it off the leasing manager is very nice and is the main reason I choose this apartment for me and my family to live here.
YOUR REVIEW: Pleased with Pleasant Ridge I like Pleasant Ridge for many reasons I have been here about 7 years. It's quiet and peaceful yet neighbors are friendly and pleasant in passing. I can't say that I've heard my neighbors while in my apartment major plus. The leasing consultant is always available to assist you and is very nice. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. And I always look forward to socializing at the resident social gatherings. But most of all I enjoy my spacious apartment and its amenities.
Great way to live We have lived here going on 4 years. Manager Joan is great maintenance man Joe is very knowledgeable. This is a great place to. Call home. Building is always clean .Residents are very friendly. If you're looking for a new home check them out
Pleasant Ridge is so appropriately named Spacious, sunny wall to wall windows, extremely well managed and maintained. Friendly neighbors. Safe and secure. Great amenities, pool, gym, trash compactor, meeting room, etc. LOVE my new home

I like my apartment at Pleasant Ridge. My neighbors are awesome and the staff. Everyone looks out for each other. It would be nice to have some upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms, but other than that I love the living space plus I never had an apartment with so much closet space incredible. The one thing I really appreciate is the quietness even though most of the residents have children and dogs you don't hear them and that's exceptional especially with the hours I work.
