Great Place to Live!
I really enjoying living in these apartment. The staff are excellent - very professional, helpful, and always welcoming. The property is very clean, and there's nice sense of community with kind neighbors. Maintenance is always quick and reliable.

I love living at the Residence at Hampstead
The Staff are great at their Job. The Apartments are very nice. The Residence who live there are nice. The Residence is Well kept in side and outside. Love living Here Terence Tappan

Application process
Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Staff is professional and go the extra mile to make you feel like you are at home. Building inside is very clean and nicely decorated. All conveniences are easy to get to.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE LASTING IMPRESSIONS
I'm a resident at The Residences at Hampstead School and I would like to strongly suggest that WinnResidential seriously consider hiring a cleaning person to vacuum and clean the entrance of the building. The carpet could use a shampooing on each floor as well. When visitors first come into the building, it is VERY obvious that the entrance door rug (which is filthy) and the main entrance needs to be vacuumed EACH DAY!! First impressions are lasting impressions, and the main entrance should always appear clean, which it is NOT. The stairwells are never cleaned or vacuumed, and there are ALWAYS cobwebs in the stairwells.
