Lee’s Summit is a medium-sized suburban community just outside the southwest corner of Kansas City. The downtown area in the center of Lee’s Summit is an attractive retail district full of locally-owned specialty shops, restaurants, and nightlife venues housed in historic buildings. The city has developed a healthy tourism sector with many cultural and natural attractions all around, including the Longview Mansion, Missouri Town 1855, Powell Gardens, and the enormous Fleming Park.
The local schools perform exceptionally well, and the crime rate is well below the state and national averages. Lee’s Summit is a great place for commuters to find houses and apartments, with the drive into Kansas City only being around thirty minutes (Amtrak service between the cities is available as well, although the trip takes about an hour).

Great leasing office and staff. We’re extremely helpful with our walk-in tour and getting us ready to move in. Overall nice apartment and amenities. Only downsides are the cost and the slight distance to the rest of Lee’s Summit

Nice quiet area. Some routine daY and night issues of upstairs tenant..not normal...(sounds like a rowing or something) heard several times day and night..10 p to 2a Or 4a and continues. Does affect sleep so that I can get to work daily and refreshed. Only other issue is response to issues I report. Enjoy living here. Reasonable rent.

The Residences at Echelon community, simply put, is outstanding! Not only does it offer a relatively convenient location not far from the hub of Kansas City, but it is nestled inside the beautiful Lee's Summit suburb which offers a quiet small-town aesthetic while at the same time has quite a bit to offer itself in terms of city-living. Visitors of mine have remarked at how shocked they are at the value offered here at the Residences at Echelon community when they realize just how much this apartment community has to offer in terms of amenities, living space and convenience, all at a very affordable price. I absolutely love it here!

My wife and I have only been residents for a week, but we absolutely love our new home! Cayleigh, Samantha, and Rakeya are super helpful and friendly! They made the whole move-in process as smooth as possible. Chris and George have quickly taken care of the maintenance issues we've had, and been very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this community to anyone!
I have been here 2 yrs, 3 mths and I love the apartment. This apartment is roomy and has meets all my needs. I love the how secure I feel here.
I've paid my rent on time for 7 months and will continue to for the remainder of my lease, I'm a good tenant, hardly ever home, no noise, no concerns, but if you need anything from the management of this facility, then you're done. Don't expect anything, pay your steep rent, and shut up. Park where you can, and tolerate the rest.
