Maintenance Request I put in an a request to have my leak in my garbage disposal fixed on a Sunday evening. It was all done by the time I got home from work on Monday. What great service!!!!

Beautiful property with a great price point. The detail to the finishing touches of the kitchen, bathroom and high ceilings are what sold me. A lot of natural light with big windows. The gym is spacious and has everything you need. The pool has a beautiful view and well maintained. Property staff are excellent!
This place does not respect its residences. It doesn't have anything to properly fix the apartments. The ac vents pull in outside air which also pulls in the cigarette and weed smoke into my apartment. The board walk has boards you can fall through. Also I loved this place because there was no smoking. Everyone smokes anyway. Yeah, they also like to just cancel your work orders without work being done. It's not the worst. But it does not meet the price you pay for it.

Residence at Boardwalk is a quiet charming community with all the amenities and up to date technology. The people are friendly and if the most minor of things need to be fixed, there is almost no wait time. This has been a great fit for my little family. My 5 month old looks foward to swimming at the pool nightly. We love it here!

I have lived here since 2018. I like the entire staff. They are friendly and dedicated. The staff is always doing something for the community. The complex is convenient to schools, restaurants, shopping centers, doctors and hospitals. It's even close to my daughter's house. Most of my needs are met within a short diving distance.

There are far too many positives about living here. The location is great as you're close to a lot of home and grocery stores that are all within a 5 minute drive. The location itself is off the main road but it feels like you're pretty secluded out of the city. It's a quiet complex with beautiful amenities. Even if you're not a gym person they got an amenity for everyone. The sense of community is great here as everyone is friendly that I have come across. If you have kids this is a very safe and secure complex.

Nice, quiet and peaceful community. Everyone stays to themself but if you want to talk to people theyre very open. My upstairs neighbor was kind and said I was always welcome! Diego loves the other doggies around the complex!

Moving from out of state, Im surprised how at home I already feel here at Residences at Bosrdwalk. Its easy to stay at home due to the onsite amenities- extremely lush and beautiful luxury living, both inside and outside the apartment- I would Consider buying one if they were for sale.

Moving to a new state is always scary, but with friendly, helpful and caring staff, residences at boardwalk made that process a breeze! This has by far been on of the greatest apartments I have lived in! Highly recommend!
