Residence at Milford Tower

I have been living here for 1 year and am about to renew my lease. Can't say enough good things about this community. It is quiet, clean and well maintained. I've never had any problems with residents or the apartment itself. The one minor maintenance issue I had was resolved quickly and efficiently. They recently installed a playground and outdoor grill, which is very nice! The community is perfectly located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac which cuts down on traffic noise. However, you are close to the highway, restaurants and shopping less than a mile away! I am picky about where I live and could have certainly moved after my lease was up but I am happy to call this my home and looking forward to another great year!

I have been living here for 2 years and love it. any issue i have had has been resolved quickly and efficiently. Trish the complex manager is sweet, kind and super helpful. i have had zero issues with noisy neighbors or anything like that. the complex is well taken care of and there is plenty of parking. if you're a good tenant you have nothing to worry about here.

Milford towers is a very affordable place to live. You get a decent sized one bedroom for the price. Trish, the property manager, is great. She is very sweet and you can tell that she really cares. Trish really takes her job seriously. When you have an issue with your apartment, they are pretty quick to fix the problem. Overall a great starter apartment.

This place isn't as good as it looks. Yeah the apartmenets look fine but you have to like cigarette smoke and pet odor. The management team isn't very good here not knowing what she told you or had you sign. The A/C unit in there is fine if you like to spend all you time in the living room, that includes sleeping. because the air doesn't reach the master bedroom with it reaching almost 90 degrees, and that is with a fan blowing air down the hall way which u had to buy. The maintenance manager here isn't bad if you would like him to tell you how to raise you kids and always trying to find things on you so he can report it to the manager of the building, even though it doesn't state it in the lease agreement. I always feel like we are getting harassed and I have only lived here for 5 months. I cant wait until our lease is up.

These apartments are cute. There's "quiet time" at 10 pm, which isn't followed by a lot of residents. And the complexes smell like smoke, I believe it should be a non smoking building and it would make it better. Management is nice.

I have lived at Residence of Milford Towers for almost 3 years. It is located in Milford, Ohio. The office staff are very informative and nice. The apartments are very nice with updated appliances. It is very quiet, very suitable for seniors or families with kids. It's pet friendly. They have a company come every 3 to 4 months and spray for prevention measures.
