It’s definitely beyond excellent here. Was greeted by a very professional and very respectful front desk lady, with an amazing attitude as well. She was very thorough on everything that she went over. Very patient, answered all questions extremely well. As well as giving me a wonderful tour and what there is to offer. Apartment and property in general is beautiful and very well taken care of. It is truly a pleasure to stay here.

With quick access to I20 and 158, commuting for work in surrounding cities is a breeze. The staff is really friendly and Jeanette at the front can quickly turn a bad day around with her quick wit and outgoing personality.

Read your lease very carefully. Break lease fee is 285% + any promotions they offered. The lease has contradictions on the first page when it comes to being able to break your lease. Make no mistake, there’s an addendum several pages back that nullifies the first page about having to break your lease. When you sign for whatever term, you will be penalized heavily for not finishing it. Flexibility is not an option at this complex. Think about your lease term and what your future looks like. Don’t believe everything you read on the first page. It’s a hassle but carefully read every page to avoid signing into locked down lease that traps you. Especially if you’re in an industry where you might need to move around for work or life plans change.

We have been renters for the past six months. Walking around the complex, I always felt safe as it is a gated community with friendly neighbors in all buildings, and located in a safe area of town. The pool and other areas within the complex are clean and always neat. The barbecue area is kept clean, the dog park is kept picked up by responsible owners, and the grounds are always well maintained. Within our building and surrounding buildings, the tenants are polite and considerate of others. When reaching out to management about any maintenance problems, they were very helpful and respond in a timely matter.
