Located about four miles east of Downtown Bend, the Mountain View neighborhood lives up to its name with many homes boasting sweeping views of the Cascade Mountains. Largely residential, the community presents a mix of condos and apartments available for rent along tranquil tree-lined streets. Lived in the placed for two months now and we've still had no parking space assigned. We're having to park in the nearby neighborhood. We've asked the office multiple times, but they still have no timeframe for when it will happen.

Except for all the stairs, our home is very cozy and we have excellent neighbors and facility staff.
It's going to be a construction zone for the next two years so no, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at this point.

My experience living below folks has been difficult. Insulation not great but I have nothing to compare it to.

they feel like houses and not apartments. The added touches such as the personal garage, wood blinds/shutters and crown molding make it feel more like a house rather tan an apartment.
