This property is excellent! All the modern amenities without the upkeep in the most convenient location. Minutes away from Canandaigua Lake and all CA has to offer! Neighbors are friendly, Stephanie and Amber are exceptional in the Leasing Office and Maintenance is timely, courteous and professional on every level. Almost all utilities are included and NOT billed back with multiple options for storage, truly a great value for your money. We are SO happy!

If you are someone that likes to get a good nights rest, this is not the place for you. I have lived in other apartment complexes before, and never have I been able to hear every single foot step above me. By foot step I mean stomping like an elephant. You hear everything your neighbors are doing, snoring, using the bathroom, talking, etc... A fan will not help muffle the sounds, trust me I tried. They have had plumbing issues here since I moved in. Water would be shut off without any communication and you would just wonder when it would be turned back on. I would go to my gym to shower and use the bathroom. My suggestion is read the other reviews on this complex and look at other options.

Do not even think about moving into here. Nothing is what is seems to be.

The staff has been magnificent. The grounds and buildings are well maintained. The apartments are nicely appointed and look great. But....The walls are paper thin and if you are on the first floor the ceiling noise from a simple foot step will have you turning up your TV or being woken up. My upstairs neighbor has woken me up numerous times simply coming home from work and walking in the apartment. I would not say stay away but I will say do not choose first floor you will regret it.

My fully renovated apartment was an absolute disaster. My dryer would not work properly and the maintenance guy said “just don’t use heat.” How can I fry my clothes without any heat? Several maintenance requests later we got nowhere. My sink literally fell from the countertop and into the cupboard below and they “fixed” it by putting a piece of wood under it to prop it up. My roommates room had a water leak in the ceiling so the solution was to spray paint the gray ceiling with a white spray paint to cover it and say “you should be good now.” This place is way too expensive for the quality you’re getting, not to mention the paper thin walls. Overall this was a horrible experience.

Do not waste your money, time or sanity living here. The property manager is extremely unprofessional and has on multiple accounts changed what she previously told me. If you have a problem, forget about it getting resolved. The property manager does not know how to resolve it appropriately and professionally and typically just puts the blame on the tenant instead of providing a solution. There is a serious lack of safety ensured at this property as the property manager does not adequately check or have the buildings checked for security purposes. The rent is way too high for what you are getting. These apartments may be newly renovated but they were cheaply done. The biggest problem being a serious lack of insulation. You can hear EVERTYTHING your neighbors do and I do mean everything. About the only good thing about this apartment is the proximity to the lake and shopping, the size of the apartment and the ability to have my 50 lb. dog here as not many places accept dogs her size around here. Although you do owe an initial deposit for your dog which the property manager has no idea what it's used for, as I asked, and a monthly rent. Long story short, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!
