Lakeshia and Bella is wonderful and very helpful. The move in process was a breeze. They was on top of everything for me and answered every question I had. I’m happy to say I’m moving in.
This property is roach infested, there is no walk in closet, lies. The pool is hardly never open,lies. They sell you dreams to make money. Management has caller ID so they ignore your calls. DO NOT MOVE THERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
New Staff is making it feel more like a community. Love the resident events!
The apartments are clean and look great. My boyfriend and I moved in and use the Gym alot.
Was looking for a good place next to everything I need but also private and in a good spot. As soon as I saw my apartment I loved it. Its in a good school zone for my kids and the Kids Club is a Life savor. Never have to help them with homework anymore LOL. Highly Recomend
Looked everywhere this side of Macon and couldn't find the space I needed for my price range, but i have to say I am impressed with what the apartment has to offer for the price.
Have been looking for apartments all around. We saw a lot of propperties before we make our desicion. The staff is excellent always there to help Danielle and Jacqueline made the application process easy. We very happy with our desicion. The apartment itself s super clean with new flooring, carpets and appliances. The area is very quite and near stores and restaurants. Security is good and the administration always on top any issue or request. I strongly suggest a visit and ask for the new remodeled apartments great value for the money. Why pay more for less. Ee are very happy. Pet friendly.

I love my new apartment! It's very spacious and rent price is affordable. A nice playground for kids. Front office people are very nice. I am glad I found these apartments.
Friendly and helpful staff. Accommodating to their residence. Nice North Bibb County area with excellent schools, being Springdale Elementary and Howard middle and high school.
The staff is always great. They keep it clean and you always see them cleaning. My apartment has everything I need. My children enjoy the play grounds and they have space. I am planning on staying here for a few years. I love the school district.

Current resident if we knew this before we would go elsewhere. Especially if you have little one it's a NO!. Summer kids out late no parent supervision, thought when school opens it would be better nope kids still out playing at night. No matter how much you clean and pest control comes you still getting roach coming from the vents and outlets. You for what you get, SMH know better now.
We moved here from new jersey 3 months ago sense we been here we have a pest problem and even though they send pest control still does not work roaches would come out of electrical outlets also someone tried to break into my apartment and broke into a couple cars in the neighborhood, to have moved here from so far it is a big inconvience defiantly would not renew our lease. The only good thing is staff is nice and the area is quite but the low cost attracts the worse neighbors. Wish I did a proper research before moving here hope this helps you.
