i’ve lived here since 2016 or 2017. unfortunately, the property has declined drastically. the dumpster overflows, gates are locked without warning & good luck if you need anything repaired. you’d be better off trying to fix something yourself than getting maintenance. for what i pay, i should have light in the kitchen & a functioning ac but i guess that’s too much to ask. previous managers took pride in the community & genuinely cared about their residents. it’s obvious current management doesn’t feel the same

Been here since April 2024. Cockroaches everywhere. Trash in hallways is horrible. Sketchy parking lot. Disgusting grounds. For the price this is overpriced and horrible place to live.

So overpriced for what you get. The units are thoroughly cleaned before you move in. Maintenance is the worst. They take forever to come by and get whatever work order is in. I also got blamed once for flooding my own toilet. The main guy made sure to blame me and blow off the fact that my toilet was flooding my place. Truly, go somewhere else... I can't wait to find a new place.

There is more to dislike than like about this place. I have lived here for the past ten months and was very excited to live in what seemed to be a very nice-looking apartment. What I do like is the actual apartment layout is pretty nice and fairly big. The staff are nice when I have encountered them, but these two things are about it for me. Some things where this place falls short is the amenities within the apartment. I pay for the "upgraded" style apartment and the only thing that is upgraded is granite countertops and a garden tub. The appliances, faucets, and showerheads are pretty average and outdated and, to me, are not considered an "upgrade." The apartment was not properly cleaned and inspected before I moved in. The previous owners left some garbage out on the balcony, the baseboards were/are coated in dust due to the paint still being tacky, the appliances were not cleaned under, most of our blinds are broken, some of the drawers are very hard to pull open and are missing knobs, and there are countless stains in the shower. About 25% of my balcony railings are rusted over so bad to the point where the bottoms of the rods don't even connect to the bottom rail. (It will be fun to see if I get my deposit back at the end of the year.) This place is covered in dog poop and the "dog parks" are a forgotten patch of grass/gravel. There have also been about four domestic fights within the time I have lived here. Overall, if you do not care about the overall style/look of the things inside of your apartment for the price you pay, then this place won't be so bad. I have found other places to live that are a couple hundred dollars cheaper, have bigger floor plans, upgraded appliances, and cosmetically look nicer. This place needs some care and upgrades to be worth the price they offer.
This is an AWESOME place to live!!! Angela & Lauren in the office are Fabulous and always helpful and quick to respond to any/all of our needs. Tony the maintenance man is very professional and thorough. This is definitely a hidden gem here in Corpus Christi!!!!! Would highly recommend Reserve at Saratoga!!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE. When my husband and I moved in absolutely nothing was cleaned since the precious tenants. The apartment was disgusting. We moved in July and the A/C was broken, we called the front office and the leasing agent told us that we had the A/C down too low and it was our fault it didn’t work even though we were currently moving in and hadn’t been there for half an hour even. The maintenance came up and said the A/C had no coolant and was shot. We dealt with A/C problems the entire time we lived here. The dishwasher fell out onto the floor when we opened it, the blinds were broken, the garage disposal didn’t work, the windows barely open. The apartment was disgusting. So we moved in and immediately cleaned the house and had maintenance come by everyday for weeks. The gates never worked and after hurricane Harvey the fences in the “dog park” which is a fenced in poop ridden grass strip isn’t safe for dogs to be off leash. The column and fence surrounding the park is collapsed with no initiative to fix it. The roof is covered with tarps but no initiative to fix that either after the hurricane and leaking in the house. There are cockroaches and flies. There is poop everywhere, and I own two dogs, so I know it isn’t always the owners fault when maintenance doesn’t take out the dog poop trash and it overflows for weeks. We were at the “dog park” and someone came in and threw firecrackers at our dogs and when we told the office that it wouldn’t happen if they fixed the gates they read the email and didn’t reply. I have been extremely disappointed with this place. It is filthy, unorganized, and pretty disgusting all in all. Do not live here, even if they pay you to. There is no competence or concern in the front office. I wish I could tell you everything wrong with this place but it would take too long.
2 bedroom, 2 bath, new laminate wood flooring, over the stove microwave, built washer, dryer hookups, large balcony with view of the pool, lush green landscape, utilities very affordable, extremely close to shopping, eating, medical. I have lived here six years and love this quiet friendly atmosphere. It makes you feel at home. Gym,and indoor basketball court on site. Also really like the door side garbage pickup. Need something fixed, I have found anything I have needed is usually fixed same day.
