This is the worst rental experience I have ever had. No maintenance issue has ever been resolved. It takes a minimum of two months for maintenance to respond to issues, and when they do, they say it is complete without fixing it, often without even coming to the apartment. When I call the office for assistance, they are rude. They try to convince me that nothing is actually broken, and that the apartments are just "old". They say it's my fault it wasn't fixed because I wasn't home, or was home with the door locked. We receive no notice of maintenance entering the apartment, so they have entered while I was in the shower. I had a leak and water pouring in through my ceiling and after two weeks of emergency maintenance requests and calls to the office, it was checked off without anyone even coming into my apartment. I have not had a working stove in several months, and have reported this as well. The outlet in the kitchen has never functioned since I moved in. The doors are so broken down that even the maintenance man couldn't open it. All of this was reported through the online portal as instructed. There were no smoke alarms when I moved in. This place is a death trap. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get out before it collapses.
From stray cats, on-site drug dealers, the gate that never works, the most unprofessional leasing agents I have ever encountered, crazy crime, building fires, packages getting stolen from front door, and the trash compactor that breaks every other day...just don’t.

I was lied to about new appliances going into my apartment when I signed my lease. They cancelled all my tickets I put in after moving in without doing any of the work. We had a water leak that took a month to fix. When I told them we still had a leak the office just said that the guys said they fixed it and would not reopen the ticket. I collected water in a tub for a week before they would believe me. I now have water damage that is growing mold and no one has come to look at the damage 12 days later.

Unprofessional. Unreliable. HORRIBLE Emergency Maintenance. In the past, I have gone without a working refrigerator for almost two weeks and currently have been sitting in the dark with no working refrigerator (again!), no heat (with my two year old son in 40 degree weather) and no working stove. When I called I informed the emergency message machine that GP stated it was from the meter and that they would simply need to reset it and NO ONE called back to even acknowledge my call or come out and fix it. I CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE THIS PROPERTY. It will be your worst decision to move here. The worst apartment I have ever lived in.

I currently live here. In the beginning, everything was great! Maintenance was responding, my apartment was upgraded(or so I thought), but I got a good deal, etc. A couple months after, maintenance stopped responding!! Found out they got rid of the maintenance guy. Not sure if they rehired anyone, or they just aren’t held accountable, but it’s the worse. I was here for months without A.C. and there was a water leak. Lately, people have been dumping trash outside in the breezeway, spray painting the building, etc. i put in some work orders a month ago, still haven’t heard from them. Went to the leasing office, the woman acted concerned, yet nothing is completed. The fitness center has broken machines and it appears someone maybe using it as a hangout(camera snatched down, cups in the corners, trash on the floor, etc). It might be good for someone getting a start, but once you’re able, MOVE!!! I haven’t been here a year, but I can guarantee I won’t be renewing my lease! Use the few dollars you save, to move somewhere else! Trust me!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I haven’t been here a WEEK! They rented me an apartment that was NOT move in ready! The flooring in the bathroom is SOFT from a leak and sewage come out through my toilet! I can not use the bathroom! The smell is UNBEARABLE! They are aware and will not fix the issue! I called to have my pilot light lit and no one came it is 57 degrees in the apartment! The floor is lopsided and leans any which way! The stove burners are switched so if you light one side it actually lights the opposite side! Because the apartment is leaning doors do not close probably! Trash is thrown throughout the grounds! The lake has bicycles, trash, buckets in it, not a place to fish. They only gave 2 maintenance men for the whole complex but 4 leasing agents in the office sitting around gossiping. I only moved here because I was too busy working and someone else did my research. I’m already over it!

I've lived here for two years now and since the new management took over in October it's gone down hill. There is graffiti, a neighbor was robbed, and I can't get anything fixed anymore, no matter how many times I report it. They don't have an answering machine in the office and they don't answer the phones either. it's become a slum community. Needless to say, we will not be renewing our lease and, sadly, I doubt I will get any of my security deposit back. I don't feel safe here anymore.

Where do I begin. Me and my family stayed here for a year and just left in June. While there we had to call the cops twice, once because of teenagers disturbing the peace and shooting what we thought was a gun in the air. We also called the cops because there was a man hiding in the bushes but they never found him. We killed numerous HUGE ROACHES, that made my skin crawl. This apartment claims they have pest control but it was like mouth wash to those roaches. The smell of weed constantly came through the vents, which caused me to get sick overtime, which ultimately lead us to leave. We had to move out of our apartment for two days because the foundation felt like it was about to cave in on top of our downstairs neighbors. The pool was never working because we had several visitors from other communities that didn't have respect of the property. The equipment in the fitness area was always broken. There is nothing for the kids to do, they have a very small little playground that is located on what use to be a tennis court. We could not wait to leave this community. After moving out of apartment, we moved everything out and left the apartment with no issues, they found one little clorox stain on the floor in my daughters room and kept our deposit and charged us a extra 600 dollars. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE!!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They allowed me to live with fleas after months of complaining and sending out orkin the fleas continued to come back and the bad thing is I had no animals. They could not tell me where the fleas were coming from and would not change me to a different unit. I couldn't sleep night after night and hating coming home because I was getting bit by the fleas all over my feet and legs it was a nightmare and the leasing office did nothing but continued to send Orkin out who did nothing but made the problem worse. The whole apartment was infested with fleas. Rather than them tearing up the carpet or moving me they continued to do nothing but send Orkin out.

the staff is awesome ... especially Judith ( always cheerful and helpful disposition) the Maintenance staff hard working and reliable everything I have asked has been taken care of in a timely professional manner even outside regular business hours, almost 5 stars but the gate the only issue but Cant completely blame the property for what tenants or their guest keep breaking ...... I plan on staying here another lease as long as the increase in my rent not to crazy ... bot the Majority of the time I am very happy with where I live the appearance and up keep

Ok so don't get me wrong, I've lived here for years and used to love it! Then management changed and things went downhill!!! The gate never works and when it does all you have to do is pull up close and it'll open again! Tons of work needed to be done and hasn't and when the manager was supposed to walk through with me he "just forgot" that we had scheduled it. Here's a list of what needed to be done and how many times I've asked Bathroom tub- has been resurfaced twice now, although it had been scheduled five times, and still wasn't done correctly it also needs tile work because the tile is receding into the wall. There is a hole forming in the master bedroom ceiling scheduled once. The dishwasher keeps having standing water and has been leaking into the unit below scheduled twice. The front door doesn't have proper insolation scheduled once. Many noise complaints due to the unit upstairs having three dogs which I was told was a violation of the leasing agreement.
I've lived here for five years and it's pretty cool. I just wish they had a better fitness center. The staff is courteous and rates are decent. I haven't had any incidents with safety or property damage. Overall it's a decent place to live.
I am currently living in the apartment and am doing everything I can do terminate my lease. We have only been here for one month and it's the worst place I've ever lived. On day one, we arrived to our apartment. It smelled bad, the walls in the kitchen were buckling, the kitchen drawers stuck because of the many layers of cover-up paint, and the terrace looked like a dungeon. My roommate and I brushed those things off because we could live with those things and the smell could be fixed. As the days went on, things got worse. Our dog, who previously did not have fleas, became infested with them. The management wanted to charge us $100 to get them to spray a pesticide!! We realized the gate was completely useless because seven cars can go through the gate before it even begins to close. People will wait for someone with an access card so they can get in. People even enter though the exit gate if they can!! If that wasn't already an issue, we got a letter informing us that there had been a break in and what do you know, that same day the gates were left wide open! The issue that was the last straw was when I caught two boys looking into my window one night. I do not feel safe at all in this apartment complex and I cannot wait to leave.
I just signed my third lease here, it's a nice apartment great layout plenty of space for me and my son. The walls are pretty thin like really thin! If my tv is off in my room I can hear the upstairs neighbors phones vibrating on their nightstand. Dogs are so loud and all the office said was to call the cops. Super friendly office staff, all the old leasing agents still remember my name. Maintenance staff is super helpful they come out in a timely fashion and get the job done! Pretty quiet considering there are so many kids! The location is great. Straight shot into Buckhead only 25 min drive, and only a couple exits from dunwoody!!!
The grounds are kept nice, maintance responses are timely, and the leasing office staff is great! My neighborhood is great love my neighbors! I will be signing a 4th lease.
My apartment is great. I got an excellent price for 3 bedrooms during a special. Office staff, grounds, and maintenance are excellent!! No roaches in my apartment, which is a definite deal breaker for me. I love it here!
I just read a review about a roach infested community. I have lived here for over 2 years in a 2br first and now a 3br. I didn't have roaches in the 2br nor do I have roaches in my 3br, We do have Orkin Pest Control which is the best so I'm not sure why someone would have common house roaches here. The flooring and fixtures are the same as my daughter's apartment and she pays as much for a 1br in Brookhaven as the 2br here in Peachtree Corners. The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and helpful. I have probably requested 8 work orders in 2years between the two different apartments I have lived in. The maintenance guys are efficient and effective with their work. The Manager Marilyn, must have a side job as a comedian, she is hilarious AND she answers the phone and shows apartments! This is a great affordable community and I am very satisfied here. The Reserve at Peachtree Corners is definitely my Perfect Fit - I will be signing another lease in January.
This place is ok to get on your feet because its not high. But I'm telling you dont move here. These apartments are infested with roaches and bugs. The staff will tell you its your neighbor send orkin out soon as the bug people leave you will see roaches. I am really surprised at the staff I was pleased with Judith upon moving but nothing gets done here.Please Please dont move here,.

I'm just curious, did you put down anything to kill the roaches or did you just depend on the exterminator? Depending on solely on that is everyone' first mistake when apartment living. Always but down some combat gel or spray with bengal prior to moving your things in and usually you want have that problem. Ijs
After seeing a number of properties in the area, I have decided that I will make The Reserve at Peachtree Corners my next home! The property is premier from the inside out! The staff is classy, nurturing, and well spoken. Out of all the communities I've visited, this is the only one from which I've received a call and email thanking me for my visit. That sealed the deal for me! I can't wait to move in!!!
While the current apartments available are not the best, the location and prices are just right. I will keep checking on future availability.
