The Reserves at Jones Road offers an exceptional living experience thanks to the great staff, well-maintained facilities, and abundant amenities. The management and maintenance staff go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready to help. Any time I have an issue or question, they resolve it promptly and professionally. The facilities and common areas are immaculately maintained. The landscaping is gorgeous and the swimming pool, dog parks, fitness center, clubhouse, and playgrounds are all in like-new condition. It's clear the maintenance team takes great pride in keeping the community in top shape. The amenities truly set The Reserves apart. In addition to the amenities I already mentioned, there is also a large barbecue area perfect for social gatherings. Residents have everything they need right on site. The gated community and quiet neighborhood location provide a sense of seclusion and privacy while still being just minutes from major shopping, dining, and Highway 10. It's the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The apartments are well-designed and spacious, providing ample room for comfortable living. This is a beautiful property. The Reserves has excellent management team. Very quick response from maintenance. This complex is in great location, close enough to all the local restaurants and stores yet is a quiet community. You have the comfort of a house in the form of an apartment without all the fuss of a house.

All the staff is so helpful and make the process of getting a new apartment easy! We love the area and all the amenities they have to offer!

Prices are skyrocketing and they are raising rents 100+ per apt. God forbid you have to go month to month, they raise it 100 buck each month! Management is only good when you DON'T need them. They charge a 25 dollar fee just to pay rent online! They are the better apts in town, but that's the problem. They know it and treat you like dirt because if it. Also, i find it odd that the reviews are all done on the same days and replied to on the same day. It's almost like someone that works there wrote them????

I have lived here for almost 2 years and love it. The maintenance crew is excellent. When I have called for maintenance my issue is fixed the same day. The office staff are helpful and courteous. I have lived in several complexes in Dallas Tx and the Reserve rates as the best comlex I have lived in. The amenities rate an A+++ pool workout room. Come and see you too will love it here.

These apartments caught my eye right off the back, they're beautiful! It is a peaceful community with welcoming staff. Glad I made the decision to reside here!

Absolutely loved this place! the employees there are very helpful & respectful. The apartments are very gorgeous! And did I forget to mention, when you call for maintenance or just anything in general they always answer in a timely manner?! Like yasssss! You hardly get that anywhere nowadays! If you’re looking for a nice cozy apartment that’s nice & with awesome staff!! HERES THE PLACE :)

Signed a three month lease, and was told that I needed to give three months notice before I moved out. Not only did I give them notice the day I signed the lease, but confirmed it with the rude office staff a month prior to leaving. They ended up trying to charge me another whole months rent and a few hundred dollars in fees, saying that I "abandoned the premises" Besides that, every single faucet in the apartment leaked, and the closet doors fell off of guides repeatedly. I set the doors aside for fear of my children's safety. Also, trash was forever piled around the overflowing dumpsters, and the smell was horrible. Honestly, this place deserves less than a one star rating. By far, the worst place I've ever lived.

I loved my place but the brunette at the front is very unpleasant. Made me not even want to go in the main building.

Rude, lazy, caustic employees. Both Perry & Christina are horrible to work with. Lazy & unprofessional. Apartments are overpriced & cheaply built. Police have to be called to clear out the parties at the pool nearly every week.. Most of the time they are people who don't even live in the complex but have been given the code to get in. Christina & Perry barely get up to open the locked office doors during the day and then are so rude you are sorry that you had to stop to pick up a package. Rent & fees are constantly being raised. Maintenance staff is very good but their hands are tied by the manager, Perry. No one is onsite after 5:30 during the week and most weekends.

I was one of 3 that moved into my building. I LOVE IT HERE! They have changed the staff, but the ones they have now are FABULOUS. I know Nicole from a previous property. She is efficient and nice. The leasing agent is a spaz, but I like her great attitude. The apartment itself is beautiful. I love the granite counter tops, huge bedroom closets, appliances and color of the cabinets. I do wish they had 3 bedroom apartments or bigger apartment sizes. The people that live on the first floor pay more for having real wood floors. The layout of the apartments are just right. I have no complaints about anything. I pay for what I'm getting and TRUST me what I pay is nothing compared to what is in this area. Jones road is a very busy street, but I like how close I am to stores, 1960, 249, 290, and the beltway. If you can afford the place it is well worth your money. No pest control issues, maintenance is speedy, office is the best, no noise, no ghetto kids or families. Everyone around here keeps to themselves as they should. Even the gym that I still haven't used has top of the line equipment in it. The pool is salt water and warm not cold. The grounds are clean. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL I KNOW!!!! GREAT job ladies, thank you for doing your job to the fullest. Everyone should lead by your example and I mean it.
