Do you want absolutely no water pressure? Do you love cold drafts through terrible insulation? Do you like living with roaches due to no visits from pest control? Our roaches were so numerous they hid the remote control each night. If you like misery at ridiculous prices Tge Reserve at Hillcrest is the dump for you!

I recently moved into Reserve at Hillcrest. Had a small maintenance issue and Crystal ensured it was taken care of immediately. To have an onsite manager that takes action quickly is priceless.

I recently moved to Reserve at Hillcrest and I love it. Crystal is the most amazing manager, my application process was a breeze. The maintenance staff is quick to respond. The pool is a bright beautiful blue. My family are excited to call Reserve home.

As a dog owner living here has been very stressful for the last year and half. The leasing office management seems to pick and choose when to enforce community pet rules. For weeks I have been requesting management to address a reoccurring daily issue with another resident. Despite there being a community rule that dogs are to be walked on leashes not greater than 6ft management allows a resident walks his two extremely large breed dogs on 10-15 leads. These are dogs well over 40-50lbs. I’ve seen these dogs running loose multiple times as the owner looses control when the dog lunges or runs after little critters. I myself have two dogs and they are not friendly with other dogs out of fear based reactivity from being previously attacked. There have been far too many close encounters with the dogs getting too close. One day I fear we are going to cut a corner and be face to face with a huge dog with the owner straggling well behind puffing his cigarette. In the last month alone I have sent in 5-6 videos clearly showing proof of this lease and community violation. To which I was told there’s some secret private agreement between this tenant and the management and what did they want me to do about it. To which I responded that all I am requesting if for ALL dog owners follow the community rules. They way in which the management has addressed my concerns has been dismissive, and left me feeling as if I had annoyed them with my concerns. Clearly safety as well as peaceful living is not a concern for ALL residents but those who the office picks and chooses

Reserve at Hillcrest is great! Everyone is nice and quiet. Units and amenities are constantly being Renovated.

You can 't go wrong at Reserve at Hillcrest. I love my New apartment. Freshly Renovated, wonderful staff. I'm happy to call Reserve my home.

We've lived in this complex for four years and have seen the community change for the better in the last year. Angie is fantastic in helping with any and every issue we've come across and she does so with a smile every time. We're really pleased with this complex and expect to see it improve even more in the future.

As a single mom venturing out on my own for the first time ever, I will forever be grateful that I stumbled upon Reserve at Hillcrest. With this being my first time renting on my own, as you can imagine I had MANY questions and concerns. Angie has been absolutely nothing short of a Godsent for me and my little family. She has answered every question that I have had and through it has remained incredibly patient and understanding to all of my concerns big or small. As someone who works with people on a daily basis I am more that too familiar with how exhausting it can become! Angie has made this process absolutely stress free and has put every concern at ease! Angie is so professional, kind hearted, and honest. She was very honest and understanding for us. And we love that from the staff she made us feel comfortable about our decisions and we are ready to live there for a while. I love it here at reserves ! My home is safe and clean, when I first moved in it was perfect and still is. The office is way too sweet and the staff are very quick and efficient when it comes to fixing things. I just recently had a baby and today they dropped a gift off to welcome him here and it really made us smile. My partner and I are very satisfied with what we pay and how we are treated here . Thank you !!!

Maintenance is great always there to answer our questions and concerns and making the property look good.

These reviews are so fake lol. The apartments are gross. You have to pay extra for yours to be upgraded. All of them should be upgraded by now. When you put in a work order for something to be fixed takes them two weeks to come. Oh and the roaches! Disgusting. Been here almost a year and an exterminator has come one time. There’s poop all over the complex because some dog owners will not pick up after themselves. One thing good about them is they keep the grass cut lol landscapers come every week.

NYC to Spartanburg SC . From the moment I arrived to view available apartments; Angie was welcoming . Angie’s & her mangers attitude was everything to me . So when it got down to me making a decision after viewing serval different places ... their was no bad vibe . They answered all my question fluently which gave me reassurance that Reserve at hillcrest will be a great place for my kids and myself .

Do you love roaches? Do you enjoy being treated rudely by the management of your apartments? Do you enjoy constantly calling management for repairs, pest control, to have central air repaired on 100 degree days, just to be ignored? How about a pool that was opened late and remains dirty? If so you have come to the right place! This place is absolutely awful! Unfortunately, I live paycheck to paycheck and just can't afford to get up move. Many of my neighbors are in the same situation. These apartments are roach and bed bug infested! They are very old and everything is falling apart. The maintenance men (when they do come to attempt to fix repairs) are not very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs. I had a maintenance man pull up a youtube video to attempt to fix and electrical problem in my apartment. (Yea, not too safe, huh?) I have been asked repeatedly to write a good review for my apartment. But, how? These apartments are over priced and poorly maintained. I actually pay more than a neighbor that moved in after me. They just charge what ever they want. They are also NOT NEWLY RENOVATED! They have just painted the walls and the old cabinets that fall off the walls (and they will not replace or give credit for personal property and dishes that are destroyed. I was told that's what renters insurance is for) with cheap paint and there is cheap flooring that peels up. The flooring is a beautiful roach brown. This is to help hide the infestation. The windows are very thin. Which, makes the electric bill really high. The lie that is most commonly told is that all of the negative reviews are all one person that had a bad experience. The only ones that I question are the positive ones.Yes, I did have to make a fake email, note HELEN HILL (CREST) so I would not be threaten or harassed about writing a negative review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! If, you don't want to believe the reviews come talk to the people that live here. The management will lie to you just to get a new lease.

Nice and safe townhouses to stay in. Maintenance alway come thur and fixs things.

This place sucks. Once you sign a lease that’s the last time you’ll see a smile from them. From the staff attitude to the maintenance taking forever. Worst living experience ever. Don’t let the price or the “newly remodeled” signs fool you. The laundry facility is beyond old and something is always wrong. The ground keeping is terrible. They are money hungry and every month was something different. Again WORST LOVIMG EXPERIENCE.

This property and management is awful. The Apartments are very expensive to keep cool or warm because of the drafty windows and doors. Very rude and unprofessional management. Cannot keep your car parked there, might not be there in the morning to go to work. Roaches, mice, etc.

Horrible experience management is Rude you have to argue with these people for them to get the job done. I paid to break my lease that’s how horrible this place is maintenance is horrible they came in my unit multiple times with out calling they don’t even leave you a note to let you know what’s going on like they agreed to before I signed my lease. My ac unit wouldn’t blow cold air and the property manager Jeniffer told me it works it just doesn’t blow how I want it some nerve Jeniffer the property manager won’t even give you corporate number and corporate needs to know how rude she is and smart out the mouth she can be to her residents all day long you see Uhauls of people moving out of here staying here truly felt like being in prison and this property is full of roaches it took so long for pest control to come out the only good reviews on here are the ones the workers that work here left trying to make it seem like it’s a nice place when that’s so not the case they are extremely unorganized and rude and nothing pained me more than paying rent to people like that it’s just disgusting and some one will definitely take them to court cause management is Horrible and a big Rip off

DONT MOVE HERE !! The apartments are nice yeaa but the management is sucks don't really care about your problems && they enforced a towing service which is stupid because they will find any reason to tow your car and you have to drive all the way to Welford to get your car && pay high towing fees I had to pay $285 . && on top of that you have a 9pm curfew you can't be outside unless you are smoking or walking pets . Like we are little kids !!!
