Bordered by the Chino Valley Freeway on its east side, commuting from the neighborhood is easy. While it is primarily residential, there's ample shopping in the northwest corner of the neighborhood, near the intersection of Pipeline Avenue and Chino Hills Parkway. Here, you'll find restaurants, banks, grocery stores, specialty shops, and other businesses.
The Los Serranos Country Club covers much of the neighborhood, offering two 18-hole golf courses, a large lake, a clubhouse, and a driving range. For those who prefer hiking to golfing, the Chino Hills State Park is directly south of the neighborhood and provides ample hiking, equestrian, and mountain biking trails. The park covers 14,102 acres and includes an outdoor amphitheater, campgrounds, picnic areas, and an exhibit hall.

Property Ratings at Reserve at Chino Hills
I rented a two-bedroom apartment in Reserve at Chino Hills last year. When I was looking at the apartment, I clearly told the agent in the office that I needed to rent for a year. But on the day of moving in, when I loaded my things into the U-Haul and prepared to move in, she called me and said that I could only rent for half a year because I was not sure if it would be available after half a year. I was very angry at the time because if she had told me at the beginning, I would consider other places. This behavior caused me to move again after half a year, but I was about to move in at the time, so I had to agree. After moving in, the two available parking spaces promised to us were reduced to one, and every time we needed maintenance help, their maintenance team would be very unhappy, complaining all the time and coming very slowly every time. This made my six months really painful for me.Please make sure to communicate all your check-in requirements to them in writing before moving in and save them.
So disappointed with the management. They didn't take any action for what happened to us. Someone broke into my car last night, we parked our car inside our parking port. They didn't take any further action for what happened, even the local sheriff said it's always happens all the time but management never took any action even put a camera on the property. 24 hours security doesn't work at all!
This place is the worst. I lived here for 2 years in a studio and always had spider and roach problems. I always wrote the online request to get it fixed but their solutions never worked! Left because I couldnt handle these pests. Avoid!
This is my first apartment its absolutely beautiful. I love the hardwood floors and cozy feel.
I hate having to move away from the Village Crossing in Chino Hills. The staff there is excellent and maintenance is very quick to respond to anything. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well kept and quiet. Not to mention it's close to all of the freeways and shops making it easy to walk o anything. Absolutely love it!!
