Beautiful grounds and property. Wonderful staff who are patient, understanding, and easy to work with. Quiet, clean ,and comfortable!! The application process was made as stress free as possible as well as the move in. Highly recommend!!
The move in process was very easy. Great comfortable place to live, the apartment is spacious, but might need a bit of an upgrade. Features a gym and pool.
Dawn made the entire process easy! We appreciate how will she was to help and answer any questions! We love the view of the pond and that we rarely hear the neighbors.

Our family has been here for two years now and we enjoy being here. There is many places to go, a lot of doctors and hospital close by for emergencies. We love fall with all the trees changing colors it is beautiful around here. We love all the ducks and geese’s and there is deer around here as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. We also have really good neighbors and we enjoy visiting with them.

I got a good feeling about this place from the very beginning, the tour. a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. i had high hopes and they were exceeded. Like the area. Rent goes up yearly, but no improvements. Maintenance usually responds quickly if there is an emergency. Staff has been courteous and helpful, when work hours maybe conflicting for addressing issues within the apartment.

The staff and maintenance are great. All the workers are very kind here. Our family loves having the pool here with it being so hot this summer. We live in a great community there is so many things to do in this area. Renew Woodlake is a great place. It is beautiful in the summer with all the trees and the pond. We love watching all the ducks and geese. We even see deer here.

I haven’t yet experienced the pool or gym because I’m still settling in, but it’s a very quiet and peaceful community so far :) I think the one thing I don’t really enjoy is all the bugs that comes with living in a wooded area, but that’s nothing some bug spray can’t fix.

The community is great so far, I like how private it is and that it backs up to trails. The pool keeps closing though which is why I gave 4 stars.

Communication is lacking when maintenance is being done, that impacts other residents. Lately it has been regarding water being turned off without warning, and no notice when its back on. I do have mostly positive experience s.

Roads are in need of bad repair. Older apartments need serious upgrades. Rent goes up but nothing shows reason for increase. For the most part, it's better than some other places. Depending on what issues you may gave at your apartment the maintenance staff responds as quick as possible.

Had some concerns with the place they addressed them and fixed it I enjoy it here the little forest in the back has a lot of different animals turkeys and deer and I have even see a few wood peckers rent did go up but not by much I understand it. They work with you if you’re transparent with them. Friendly people and spacious home for me and my dog!

Great team! It was a breeze moving on and everything was prepped and ready go. Loving this community! My kids absolutely love the playground and we are looking forward to the pool opening :)

Everyone is friendly and staffing is super helpful! It’s a tiny bit expensive but that’s kind of every apt complex rn, the only complaint I would have is my buildings washing machines was broken for a while but other than that the place has been great to live at!

I have lived here for many years and I love it. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. If I ever need something fixed I never have to wait more than 24 hours. It is so quiet as well.

This apartment and neighborhood are a great find! The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and has a great community vibe. We love living at Woodlake! The apartments are tucked back in the woods so it is quiet and calm. We have easy access to Kent Trails in the complex which makes walking our dog much more pleasant. Repairs are completed in a timely matter. Staff is great, especially the crew who keep the grounds clean. We utilize the 24 hour access gym regularly and the pool and grill area in the summer time.

Very nice setting, and we chose this apartment after an exhaustive search. The office staff was helpful but in my opinion, somewhat rigid/inflexible with respect to their policies---they would contend that is the way they have to do it.

Since I moved, everything has been very quiet. The office employees are super friendly. It's the best decision to live here. Severything is super perfect for my family

Very solid place to live. Walls are a little thin but it’s an apartment so it’s to be expected. I do see a lot of residents walking along the main winding road through our complex but there are no sidewalks.
