We just moved in last week, and thus far this place is amazing! So peaceful, clean and well-maintained! We absolutely love it! The staff are super friendly and the laundry area is always clean. The residents hear are also very friendly. Dogs love it here as well. We have never been in a place where people have been so motivated to pick up after their dogs as well. This is really a great community!

Absolutely love how fast and efficient maintenance is here. Submitted an issue and within 2 hours Juan came and fixed the problem. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. So happy to be a resident here!!

Move in was very easy. My apartment was clean and the community is very quiet. I can barely hear my neighbors. Amenities are clean, pool is sparkling. 1st tenant event was nice, but I wanted to meet more of my neighbors. There should be a way to have us interact with each other.

Living here is a positive experience overall. The neighborhood is calm and safe, and the apartment was clean and in good condition when we moved in. One detail that could be improved is transparency regarding laundry facilities. The lease didn’t mention that laundry comes with an additional cost of $2 per use, which was only discovered after moving in. It would have been helpful to have this clearly stated in the contract to avoid surprises. Aside from that, everything has been smooth and comfortable so far.
Living here has been really great overall! Highly responsive maintenance team, all issues have been sorted by the next day. The landscaping is well taken care of, the property has beautiful outdoor space for walking and enjoying the ponds and big grassy field. Our unit itself has been great. Finding close parking can be difficult, as non-resident guests frequently take up the designated resident spots despite a vehicle sticker system being in place. There are cute resident events regularly in the clubhouse and friendly neighbors.

It is very nice to stay here and so quiet and realx sitting on the patio and watching the pond and seeing all the dogs walking around and love to sitting by fireplace to reading the book

Prices are really high. Lawn mowers are really early in the morning (when one is sleeping still). Pet fee is unnecessary. Scenery is nice. Noise is minimal. Apartment is pretty.

The parking sucks! We should have at least 1 assigned parking spot but I am always in visitors or in the street. It’s overcrowded and too many cars. For the amount of money I pay in rent this is a huge issue or limit the amount of stickers to one residence. If you are not home by 5 you will not get a spot!

The new ownership team pays attention to details and those little details add up to create an excellent environment. The layout of the property creates an excellent atmosphere where I can look out over the pond and enjoy the view from my patio. My experience has been good so far. I have no major complaints. The property staff make sure to keep the complex clean and service maintenance request promptly. My only complaint is the washer and dryers need update. The dryer is always loud it is horrible the app always steals my money. In addition people don’t know how to park and my car has been hit twice already. Some of the parking spaces are too narrow. Other than that it is quiet, clean and for the most part my neighbors are friendly.

Everything would be great, but parking SUCKS. I have to park about 5 buildings down every night because all of the parks infront of my building are always taken. Parking should be assigned and visitors should not park in the same spot as residents.

So peaceful and it is nice to sitting on patio. X watching dog park and ponds and some people are nice and some are not nice and the landlord office is very nice

I really love my apartment and my neighbors seem super sweet. The only complaint I have is that the walls are super thin and I can hear everything. Maintenance and management are super quick to respond.

Good and quiet community. Easily accessible to many of the shops, restaurantans and stores. Easy to get on highways as well. The staff is very responsive and active to your requests. Moved in 3 weeks ago; so far nothing to complaint about.
The management is responsive, the grounds, facilities, and apartments are well-kept. The maintenance staff is quick, competent, and very helpful.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with AAA Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from AAA for the remainder of my years in Ann Arbor, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with AAA, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

The best part about living here is the convenience of everything that is around. Renew Westmont has done slightly better with their communication. However my name has been spelled wrong on numerous of emails and we will cannot pay rent until the first. Not sure how they can tell us what I rent is 10 days before but can only pay on the actual due date. If it lands on a holiday or weekend it’s not very convenient. Pest control is billed to every resident but only will be used when you ask. Maintenance however is amazing. They get the job done effectively.

Moved here in May 2024. It's very quiet and clean. My neighbors are friendly. My maintenence requests are handled quickly. Office staff very helpful.

Community is kept clean. Maintenance is prompt. Clubhouse feels brand new. Amenities are nice (gym and pool) grilling area is comfortable. Very diverse community.

I really like living here at Renew of Westmont, it reminds me of Mayberry, small town, nice to see kids play, and people take walks with their children, it is just a nice little town. I really like my apartment, it is the most beautiful apartment that I have ever had, and their really great on fixing things when something breaks down, just wonderful when it comes to fixing up the place and maintaining it.
My main critic is for the dog park. I know there was talk about it being renovated. It would be extremely beneficial to add some benches, a few shaded spots, and some lights for when it is night. This will help both the dogs and owners enjoy more time outside!

Nice area and apartments. Co.munity is well kept. Great amenities. Prompt response from maitenance and the office. The only downside is the big jump in rent increase.

I love living here. Everyone is so great. I feel as though as a resident that I am important too. They have special events for the residents as well.

People are very nice and respectful and the area outside is so peaceful and view on the patio and relax At night time. I like to sitting on patio and watching the sky and with my hot tea at night time

It's been great so far! The community is great, front desk is quick to respond, as is the maintenance. It's a nice quiet area with a lot of spots very nearby.

Living at Renew Westmont has been a pleasure! The amenities are a great plus, especially having a 24hr gym available. They keep up with maintenance as well which is always a delight.

Place and neighborhood are great to reside in but management is atrocious. My rent charge was doubled 4 months in a row. I had to take time to call or email them to get it corrected. They have one job which is to take care of the residents and make sure they are billed correctly but can’t even do that right. The sad thing is management just changed last year and that’s when things took a turn for the worse. The previous management company was much better.

It has been an up and down experience. It has good and bad moments. I think a lot of them have to do with money but the upside now is that it has been going down which is very nice. The laundry situation where they charging a $.25 to use the machine I think is not nice. The up experiences have been the staff. The staff have been very understanding and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help and make me and my family get through some hard times.

I have been living in this apartment complex for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. One of my favorite features is the beautiful pond on the property, which is home to a charming group of ducks. It's such a peaceful sight and adds a lot of character to the environment. The complex itself is wonderfully quiet, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
