We just recently moved in, but they were amazing helping us get in quickly when she heard I was needing a place quite quickly the manager was amazing at getting everything taken care for us! Its a nice quiet community! The upgrades to the place are great!

so far, so good! we love it here. our neighbors are kind and considerate, the community has been nothing short of amazing. we plan on staying here awhile

My apartment is very nice and cozy, I appreciate that the property is kept clean from leaves and there is plenty of parking, I wish there was a gym on site but oh well…

Mostly good—just still waiting on my outdoor light to work since move in. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the unit is clean and renovated.

My questions were answered thoroughly and the new team at renew west tualatin were very helpful regarding my rent payments. Thank you Olivia for your assistance!

Good place for the price. Never had a problem with stuff breaking and when it does they come out in the same week to repair. Ki da wish there was more shade though in the apartment itself.

Everything went good except that some house equipment didn’t work and it was very very dirty. It didn’t look like they cleaned the apartment

I did a star because you had to do at least 1 . Awful I don't recommend living here . Work request don't get done there's dog poop all over the place and there very expensive and raise the rent alot alot each year you sign a new lease.

Older but remodeled apartments. Parking could be better but it is fist come first serve for the big parking lot. Glad to have our own laundry machines in our apartment! Our place works well for us, even if it could have more storage.

Living at Renew west Tualatin has honestly been wonderful. Melissa is a wonderful property manager and takes care of all residents needs in a timely manner and I think we are very lucky to have her. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained and the area of Tualatin that its in has everything you can possibly imagen within walking distance and its great for any family.

To start with the positives, the apartment itself is nice (though clearly has many instances of landlord special painting and construction). But the walls are thick, utilities are good, and the rooms are big. Plus, maintenance always responds quickly. However, I have also experienced a lot of cons while living here. Management is TERRIBLE. They clearly have not hired enough people to manage this complex, because it takes weeks to get in contact with ANYONE about ANYTHING, and then when you complain about this, they make you feel like the bad guy because you're being impatient with the manager who's only "one person responsible for 300 people" when you've been waiting for a response on an issue that has been dragging on for months that you were told should be resolved in a week. Frankly, I'm more upset about the lack of communication than the actual issue we were trying to communicate about.

Everything that was a (minor) issue when I moved in is being addressed or has already been fixed. Staff is kind. Melissa helped me in my time of need and really has great customer service skills.

The location is good but there’s things that could make it better. Such as the parking situation if you don’t park your car by 3pm good luck finding one for some reason there’s more cars then people living in this property.

My son and I feel very welcomed to the complex and the staff has been very kind. I'm not the biggest fan of the parking lot but I can manage for now.

Overall good experience and easy accessing resources needed. Calm community very quiet easy parking. Very simple to make payments and contact management when needed.

The new turf is amazing! We also love what they’ve done with the pool area and all the landscaping around the property. Management is so nice and friendly.

Our move in process has been very fluid. Everyone I have met on staff has been friendly and helpful, and is a breath of fresh air when compared to the last place my partner and I were living.

Things seem to be going smoothly, the exteriors are looking a lot cleaner. I would still like to see a little more landscaping in front of some of buildings. More garbage bins would be appreciated and a recycling bin.

Good place to live and a good neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Wish there was assigned spots for parking or the spots repainted to be more spacious

It is a very nice place to live with a good neighborhood and neighbors. My dog and cat also love it here with all the space to play and run around

My time here has been good. I have lived in this unit for 4 years and have seen 3 ownership changes. Upgrades to the apartment complex are very nice, however Don't warrant the two rent increases in two years that have been passed down to us. Newest staff is great and nice. Complex is loud and unfortunately not everyone does their share to take care of it and keep it clean. Most recent ownership transition was choas and I'm hoping it doesnt happen again soon.

The remodeled apartments are nice on the inside and neighbors are quiet but it would be nice if we had laundry inside our apartment or at least be given the option

Office is very unprofessional. Old poorly constructed apartments, windows not properly sealed so expect to clean alot of mold and mildew. No assigned parking though they say they are " working on it" they have been working on it for the 3 years I've lived hear. Even though there is no assigned parking the will be very happy to tow your car even though you love there. You can find newer better apartments that are managed better for the same price

Scheduled a tour to view possible new home and left work early, as this is very important to me. They even sent me 4 confirmation texts/ calls reminding me of the appointment. Was waiting for 20+ minutes for the tour since it was scheduled at 3:30 & The agent never answered calls or called back. So unprofessional and a waste of time, can obviously tell it’s terrible here

I was scheduled to tour these apartments today 07/07/2021 and was not greeted by said person. The person in charge of the tour, did not show up and would not answer my calls either. So unprofessional and disrespectful on their part, I was looking forward to touring my future home. Worst customer service I have experienced.

Cypress Gardens is such a nice place to live with super affordable rent! We have been living here for a little over two years now and just now signing for another year. We are so close to so many great spots both for food and shopping. Fred Meyer is a short walk (or a very quick drive) away! YES!! There's a lot of different types of folks living here from young couples to families so it's quite cozy. There's a nice grassy area with a jungle-gym too for kids. Super safe complex!! There's a really nice pool available but it's currently closed due to Covid, which is understandable. We have two on-site laundry areas with lots of washers and dryers. The only downside to this place is that the train can be a little loud but we are used to it and it doesn't bother us at all. Becky is an excellent property manager!!

Since I’ve lived here it has constant construction, mud and noise. Yet nothing gets done. Property manager Becky cont seem to handle the scope of the projects planned. Children play in the dumpster, strewing trash about. There are tweekers and a person living in their van in the parking lot. Amenities are more and more restricted. The laundry room hours are so restricted that people are going to the laundromat down the street. But the rent keeps going up!

Only good thing about this place is that the original manager was nice enough to kill a spider for me. Moving in my first day, I stepped on a sewing needle and didn't mention it to the landlord. I definitely wish I would've for the extremely hard time they're giving me right now. Not only that, when they switched over to a new land lady, she entered my apartment when I wasn't dressed. I'd give her the benefit of the doubt had I not been standing by the room telling her I wasn't dressed. She stated "I don't have time for this!" And put her key in the door anyway. So I ran away to get dressed and she entered the apartment. NEVER again would I waste my money or time with that company. They took us to court for a late payment of like 1 day then they settled when we got to court. NOW the place screening me sees that and I can't move forward because of this one bad move I made into this apartment. Please people don't waste your time!????

Lets get to bad. No parking overly congested. Cabinets, drawers, doors, shelving you name it usually just gets a slap of paint prior to move in making it appear new look closely it chips badly. Noise at night is horrendous with train and Wes shaking your apartment as it is litterally behind apts. No place for kids to play back area is used for dog's to poop in and there's usually big dog poop piles even though they provide bags. Extremely hot in summer/freezing in winter.The only upside is how close it's to walk to neighboring stores. Manager is nice and maintance is nice but these apts need to be torn down and rebuilt insulation is non existent.

Stole our application fees and only emailed back when it was convenient to get another fee out of us. Only contact Cypress Hill if you're really into throwing away money. This didn't just happen to me, but to three other friends of mine as well. Don't fund theft.
