Property Ratings at ReNew Towne Oaks
Nice neighborhood apartment just needed a lot of fixing on move in day that should be done before move in. I’m also a photographer type of person seeing the mirrors were unfixable was unsettling.
Thank you Ariel for all your help, I love it here! It's so quiet and clean I'm very happy . Moving in was easy and the apartment is perfect.
Love everything so far! Ariel made the move-in process quick and painless! The little maintenance issues we have had has been resolved within 24-48 hours. Very professional and friendly staff.
From the staff to the atom sphere everything is so positive and vibrant. My move-in experience has been great so far! The staff made the entire process smooth and stress-free — from the application to getting my keys, everything was handled quickly and professionally. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. Maintenance responded promptly to a small request I had on my first day, which really showed their commitment to residents’ comfort.
So far everything has been a good experience. It seems real nice and quiet . My unit is updated and real nice . The staff is also real friendly and helpful . 8/10
My only true complaint is, yet again, the laundry facilities. It's always a gamble as to which machines are functioning. I can't count how much money I've lost from having to double-wash and double-dry laundry from the all too common occurrence of machines that simply stopped working halfway through the cycle. Also, the QR codes are constantly damaged and unscannable. This is a huge issue for me considering I don't have a washer and dryer in my unit.
My experience have been great so far. I definitely picked a good place around to make my home. Everything is nice around is worth the opportunity to be apart of the neighborhood.
Living at Towne Oaks has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. In just the last two months, my family and I have been displaced twice once while my wife was 9 months pregnant and again just days after our newborn came home from the hospital. The first incident was a fire caused by the property’s own maintenance crew. Nothing burned, but soot spread throughout our entire apartment. The leasing office did not assist in cleaning at all. No cleanup crew was ever sent, official or otherwise. My 9 month pregnant wife and her sisters had to wipe down the entire apartment themselves while I was at work. Despite our apartment being unlivable, we were given no real support and ended up homeless for a week. Management gave us keys to another unit to stay in temporarily, but when I asked if we could just transfer there permanently, they said no because we weren’t 70% into our lease and hadn’t paid the $500 transfer fee. So we stayed in the loaner unit for a week until the A/C was fixed, and still no help with the soot left behind from the fire. When the A/C broke again, this time we had a 1–2 day old newborn and my wife was freshly postpartum. Management offered for us to stay in the empty unit again, but living out of a vacant apartment with a newborn is not a solution. I had to pay out of pocket for my own A/C just to keep the apartment livable. The leasing office’s so-called solution was to provide a portable unit that was literally held together with tape and far too small to cool our 690 sq ft unit. Now, while the A/C has finally been repaired, we have received no real restitution. The only “compensation” offered for being displaced weeks at a time was a $25 utility discount. Insulting considering the hardship, the unsafe conditions, and the out-of-pocket expenses we incurred. This discount was also only offered after the first incident. Nothing even been mentioned for the second. Between the fire caused by their staff, the repeated A/C failures, and management’s refusal to provide proper solutions or accountability, it’s clear this complex cannot provide a safe or habitable place to live. If you value your health, don’t rent here!
I enjoy the size of the apartment and storage space and the peaceful neighborhood. Even though older, the apartment seems well-maintained. Also, maintenance has been very responsive.
Very professional and quick to get u in the remodel homes are wonderful my experience was perfect and Ariel is the person who helped me thru my new apartment Journey ????
I have seen the difference the community since they they've received new owners... I'm happy for the most part... but I would like to see how they're going to fix the washroom situations.
The community has greatly improved since the takeover. It's cleaner and improvements are happening. The pools are nicer as are common areas. Communication still needs work as do the parking lots.
Overall I love it here so far. I’m still new. The staff is kind and friendly and goes above and beyond to make it feel like home. There’s more noise from my upstairs neighbor than I’m used to, but it’s not a deal breaker.
Great apartment complex haven’t had any problems and have been living there for about two years I will say the front of the complex is much nicer than the back. The new renovations have been really nice such as the pool and the gym.
So far, my first few days as a new resident have been great. The apartment’s nice and cozy and the staff is nice. And it’s got some good laundry facilities and nice neighbors.
been living here for 2 years now & I love it. I did have a few things that needed to be fixed but they fixed the problem right away. Great customer service.
This is a nice place, maintenance could be better and the control over the amenities rules could be better as well. There also is still lots of people who smoke and you can smell it almost every day walking around the property especially at the pools.
Decent just wish it was a bit bigger but I know what I signed up for. It’s pretty good for the price I pay. Definitely will be looking into upgrading next year though!
Renew Towne Oaks is such a hidden gem! It’s super quiet and tucked away, which I love. The pool is always clean, the dog park is perfect for my pup, and the parcel lockers make getting packages easy. Highly recommend 100% if you’re looking for peace and convenience!
Amazing place to live, pools are well kept, noise isn’t terrible, neighbors are friendly. And maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally
Besides some of the neighbors being crazy, they have really stepped up and helped clean up this apartment complex. They are really turning this place around
It’s a nice place to stay every place needs works but no complaints right now The apartment complex is very quiet the workers are very respectful
The staff is super nice, even maintenance anytime I need something they make sure I get it. They respectful and professional and take their time to make sure I get what I need.
I have had great experience living here if anything goes wrong they will come out and resolve the problem in no time thank you it's very quiet area to live
Nice comfortable place to live. Also, quite peaceful! Since the new owners took over seen many improvements. Quick to tend to your maintenance work orders. One of the better apts I’ve stayed in.
I’ve lived here for about 6 months now and it has been an overall good experience. Maintenance is very friendly and respond quickly to requests. The front office staff has always been helpful and respectful as well. So far so good!
Generally a good place to live. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and amenities galore The only quarrel I would have is the fact the water is constantly disabled for some reason , but all in all, I’m happy .
I enjoy that the place stays clean and is pretty quiet during all hours of the day and there’s really nice amenities here that you con try from the pools the laundry room and the work center
It has been okay. I wish we could get some of these outdated electrical systems updated along with some of the appliances. Outside of the older feel it’s nice and quaint over here
Love this apartment complex. The experience has been great. The move in process was easy and they have amenities for the residents to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet so that's a plus also.
So far its been okay. Maintenance hasn't come not the exterminator. I would like for them to come during the day and not late in the evening
It’s ok apartment wasn’t move in ready and having to call maintenance a lot. They do respond and come quickly. The upkeep of the grounds are nice. Apartments are old and needs some updates.
I really enjoyed living in this complex! The workers were really nice and very understanding for many problems i had! I never had a pest or rodent issue! My neighbors were very friendly and i was honestly soo sad to leave this apartment! i love that it was directly on youree basically walking distance from anything you might need! highly recommend!
Omg this place is disgusting , it may look good on the outside but run far away from this place PLEASE ‘ especially the “k” area . They have a rat problem and no one is trying to fix the problem . They have rat traps outside of the apartments but they don’t tell you anything about the rat problem they let you see for yourself just to get your money . It’s rats running all around those apartments . They also attach so many fees to the rent you’ll be paying so much more after the first 2 months . Smh

No one answers the phone regardless of what time it is. So many fees attached to your rent that you end up paying more than what the apartment is worth. New manager and office staff are not friendly or professional.
They take a "mandatory cleaning fee" out of your deposit (not on the lease agreement) without even checking to see if your apartment was clean first. It is "standard procedure" as the front desk lady said, but is not written in writing. Bring this issue up to them sternly before starting a lease. Other than that, the property is fine. Good value for the area.
Ever time I call the office they was all way nice me
Office staff is amazing, however you might as well fix everything yourself, take out your trash by yourself even tho you pay for valet trash pick up because those workers are to lazy to do their jobs.
great place to live and they do their best to maintain their place
