So far so good! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Staff are friendly as well. Nice and peaceful neighborhood with lots of trees to create serenity. I love it!

Very nice community with residents that stay to themselves but are very nice to one another. Management can be more proactive in responding to concerns and ensuring units (internally) are kept up to par in addition to appliances. Management should also be more present at the property, if not ensuring communication with residents.

Its really quiet in this neighborhood. The neighbors mind their business. Beautiful environment to raise your children. I love the tennis court and that the gym is clean..

There is no management or if there is they are often sending messages saying the office will be closed. There is poop everywhere on the grass. People are often taking other peoples parking spots, they give us a towing number but when you call it they tell us that they can’t do anything because the apartment manager doesn’t like towing cars so unless you don’t care about any of this then this is your place

The apartment its self is nice. Plenty of space has all the appliances you need which makes it very convenient and comfortable. Parking is always a issue
Excellence is all I can say the office staff is nice maintenance team are a good crew. Always smiling and asking if everything good in the apartment. They are a good place to stay and I don’t need to worry about crime.

I've been at Park Viva for 5 years and we have been through a couple of groups of office staff and I have not been very happy with them but just kept to myself and paid my rent. The current manager Naja has made great strides to improve things that have gone unhandled for a long time. I'm now hopeful again about building community!

Amenities were not all there. Missing refrigerator shelves, washing machine hose for discharging water were shot end up flooding the whole bathroom floor and the next bedroom carpet all wet, shower were warm no cold water at all took 3 weeks to have follow up for a simple fix of cold water in the shower plumber had to drill from our bedroom wall to see connecting hose which wasn't fixed till now. Not welcoming at all for facing too many issues like this. Especially when you don't have cold water in the shower.

They were very nice , they answered all your questions very quickly. The application process was easy to fill out online. They give an answer within 24 hours. What I like about the most was it is a pet friendly apartments.

Parking is terrible my car has so many dings and scratches from this parking lot . My front walk way is always flooded from the sewage with toilet paper and it smells like crap.

Horrible. Management sucks, very expensive. Parking sucks, utilities are high and expensive. I wish I could move out today if I could. Gate doesn’t work. They don’t answer their calls it’s horrible here .

I really enjoy living here. Its quiet, clean and so far my car has not been broken into or stolen. People are friendly. My only complaint would be that staff at Renew Park Vida do not return phone calls when I leave a message or are readily available in the office. I often have to go through staff at Renew Park Blu who have done an excellent job picking up the slack.

Nice place, we love it here! For first time movers I highly recommend checking these apartments out! The neighborhood is quit and it’s pet friendly! We have package lockers so now I don’t have to worry about losing my package !

I love the neighborhood and community neighbor s are great and inside apartment is delightful and I love the tennis courts pool and gym they're convenient for my whole family also.daughters can't wait til summer to go swimming and play tennis out at the courts .staff is very nice and maintenance is quick and extremely helpful with any appliance issues .

My experience here at Renew Park Viva has been comfortable. This coming July will mark four years. The few times I have needed maintenance service, they have always completed my requests in a timely manner. Two downsides would be the plumbing issues at large and the fixture outside my bedroom window. When its windy, it creates a very disturbing sound that interrupts my sleep.
