Speechless at this point there isn’t any hope for this place management is the worst here it’s nasty here it’s not worth the rent sadly ! The face of this property needs to come forward and know that this place needs serious help

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation. It's the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

I enjoy living in a peaceful community and where it appears the neighbors are enjoying the same! The complex is surrounding by grounds that are well kept and only ask for the community to do the same! Renew does a good job at allowing the tenants to live comfortably with the amenities of the living space.

Great place to live. Staff and maintenance are great but all residents are not picking up after their dogs! Otherwise neighbors are kind, quiet, and friendly.

I love living here, so peaceful and quiet neighbors are respectful Naja Is a Wonderful manager, she’s sweet, caring and understanding I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place come here she makes you feel like you’re already at home

So far so good. Everything seems to be quiet good. Naja & her team doing great job. Just the bills too high especially for the PGE. Would appreciate if I can get my second car parking space near my apartment for safety reasons.

I am still waiting on the extra parking space for my son. Heater still not working. Roaches found in the kitchen since day 1 we moved in. Will appreciate if the heater can work. Will appreciate if extra car parking space can be given as promised by Naja before we moved in.

The apartment is nice and grounds are very nice. Move in was easy and quick. Got a new fridge and the dishwasher is great. The dual washer and dryer is definitely a plus.

I really am glad that I chose these apartments they’re clean. They have no trash nowhere and it’s quiet On top of that, you don’t have to fight for a parking space you have your own side parking, which is really great. The staff here are wonderful. They made me feel welcome to be a tenant.

I like the community. We have changed hands quite a few times. I am not a fan of that however I have always found a pleasant demeanor with most of the staff.

I love the quiet and clean scenery! My move in was very welcoming and pleasant, the independent living space is a great plus to the community. I am pleased with the urgency of management being helpful and professional.

The community is beautiful here although they offer a gym lounge and package delivery but none of our keys work for them our mailbox key constantly gets changed for no reason and maintenance is short staffed so there’re back logged the staff have always been friendly and neighbors respectful

Love the environment quiet and apartment is really spacious. Parking is easy everything is close. Very clean and well maintained. Super easy to get everything set up when first getting keys.

It’s a very nice neighborhood. It’s clean outside, beside the POOP in the grass! Maintenance needs to get on a roll with the orders. Like that there is two pools.

These apartments just want your money they charge for your water but they don’t keep track of how much you used because they split it with everyone and for and extra parking you have to pay.. After your lease is up they most likely going to charge you more

I’ve been living here for the past year and I can say that I strongly recommend not moving into Renew. From the moment we’ve moved in and gave them the list of what was wrong, no one came to fix anything. And as we put in more requests, they would be marked as completely but no one ever came into our apartment or fixed anything. Not to mention the parking situation that they’ve changed it multiple times and made it worse every time. I strongly recommend looking somewhere else.

So far our community has been friendly and the leasing agent who helped us has been beyond friendly. We are already so happy to have moved here.

Everything is fine except packages sometimes get stolen. Cameras on the property would be nice. Also a lot of the landscaping is muddy. Staff is awesome though, super courteous and professional.

Great property, great staff. Whenever anything needs repair it is addressed in a timely matter. The communal bbq area could really use some string lights to brighten it up and add to the look.

Management do not answer phone or emails only can get in touch with off site company and office staff doesn’t follow up ! I hope this changes but feel since management is now offsite it will get worst .

There is no longer staff on site, which becomes very annoying when you have an issue which requires attention, and all the calls run through a call center which is frustrating.

This place is ok for the price I got in at 5 years ago, but I would not rent here for the current rates. They did a beautiful remodel, but then they immediately sold it to another company which is pretty terrible. The laundry facilities are always in disrepair. People are always illegally dumping garbage. the landscaping is deteriorating. The staff has a heavy turnover rate and the office is often empty. If youre on the near side of the complex you have to deal with traffic noise, horns, sirens, pollution, etc. On the plus side, I havent seen too many car break ins.

Like that everything is close by just wish there was more parking also people need to clean up after their dogs always smell and see poop on the grass.

Great place to live. Affordable despite how expensive everything is. Friendly staff and neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place. No pest issues, noise issues, or safety issues.

Been living here since 2018! It’s home and the staff is always helpful and accommodating! The community is full of life and neighbors are always courteous!

Great apartments! Lived here for a cool minute and love it. Quiet, clean, and peaceful. Can’t forget affordable as well. I highly recommend renting here.

It’s a very clean and nice place to live at with respectful neighbors. Also has two pools with gym. The neighborhood is quiet. Pet owners clean up after there animals

Lovely here been a few years nice quiet neighborhood and amenities mail room for packages , pools , gym ,lounge, grill area, online payment options, friendly staff, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer in each unit and nice size patios . It’s really been a blessing

We love it here, it’s a quite, safe community. The two pools are great for my kids. Our neighbors are friendly but mind their own business. The office ladies are very nice and maintenance is quick to respond and also very friendly.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and it has been great. Not much loud noise. No pest. Property is kept fairly nice. Amenities are cool with package room and pool. Vehicle is safe and there is security. So 5/5 for me!

This is a nice place to live. It is clean, quiet, near of the mall, the hospital, the highway 80. All is close to you. It has all what you need to leave confortable, not too luxurious, but good enough. I have been living here for 4 years and no big complaints.

Love my apartment but my neighbors are kinda loud but so far so good no issues the people in the office is so friendly and very nice and made me feel very welcomed

The neighborhood is very quiet most of the time.which I like a lot as I work late. It’s definitely a nice place to live. You should check it out!

Love our place we like staying here, quite neighboorhood, friendly staffs and close to freeway and stores. They got 2 pool amenities, gym and bbq place to grill.

I've been here for 3 years...no big complaints. This is a quiet place, clean, well maintained. Kind staff, fast response to maintenance requests. The rent payment is high, but still in the average for the area.

My family always had a great time staying here at Renew Park blu. A quiet and safe place to live considering that our apartment doesn't have gates.

I live right next to the road and can’t sleep one bit because of how loud the trucks are every night! You would be better off renting anywhere else in Fairfield, the management was not very nice when I let them know my problems about the apartment. Rent is too high then they charge you more when they are offering it over $100 less then what I signed a lease for. Inconsistent management, be careful. You will get charged more because it’s a “corner” apartment.

I recently moved to this community and have loved it. I have a rather large dog and have been satisfied with the surrounding area for my walks. The apartment itself is well maintained and updated. The grounds are beautiful! For the most part it is quiet, with the occasional get-togethers, but so far I have been able to work from home with no problems. Every encounter that I have had with staff has been outstanding and such a pleasure. Highly recommend if you're looking for affordable housing in Fairfield.

I had the pleasure of being a tenant at Camden Parc in Vacaville when Joy was manager. She went above and beyond for this disabled senior veteran with PTSD. I was very fortunate to have her. My review is for her since Park Blu is now managed by JCM. Im sure they've made improvements to the complex like they did at Camden Parc.

Rented an apartment here that was infested with roaches after talking with very rude manager I was informed that everything is done on their end for the bugs so it must be my issue . I ended my lease early because of countless other reoccurring problems as well as the bugs. THESE APARTMENTS ARE OVER PRICED AND NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. The lady in the office is never there and when she is ..she is rude and acts as though you are a bother to her .

This is my first apartment, ever. One of my closet doors is funky and some outlets are loose, but besides that it's been great. I feel like no one else lives in these apartments, I never see anyone.

I live in a small town house upstairs downstairs apartment in Fairfield California. The apartment has lots of problems that still to this day have not been fix. Such as broken sink in bathroom. Electrical problems down stairs in kitchen and a plumbing issue in down stairs bathroom. Really hope to win and finally catch a break.

Willow Brook Apartments consists of one bedrooms, two bedrooms, duplexes and town homes for those with different needs. It is located near public transportation with onsite maintenance and a pool. Families love spending time with their children outside in the pool during the summertime. Splashing and laughter can be heard outside our window. However, the downside of this property is the "assigned parking". Parking remains an issue. Often times residents, potential residents or their guests will take over your parking spot making you drive around in circles to go on hunt for a park on the street.
