The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Property Ratings at ReNew Owings Mills
The apartments are old the floors are tore up uneven the windows leak all the doors in the apartment won’t stay up. They need to renovate every apartment there. Mice roaches the heaters are so old and loud.
THE PROS IS THEY INCLUDE HEAT AND GAS. ALSO YOU ARE NEAR RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS AND SHOPPING CENTER. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IS VERY CLOSE BY. THE CONS IS EVEN THOUGH THEY PAY FOR YOUR HEAT, THE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT SETS YOUR HEAT. I CAN'T SET MY THERMOSTATE NO HIGHER THEN 74 DEGREES. SO IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PORTABLE HEATER YOUR HOUSE WILL BE VERY COLD. ANOTHER PROBLEM IS SOME RESIDENTS ARE LEAVING SHOPPING CART FROM SAFEWAY SUPERMARKETS AND LEAVING IT IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT BUILDING.
I came to visit. The apartment building at 6 Sierra Circle is atrocious, As soon as you enter the building you are hit with the smell of weed and mildew. Upon looking you can tell that it was coming from the laundry room on the ground floor. First why is there not a door on the laundry room. The first impression of this is that it looks like the projects. The floor seemed wet and dirty. Now inside the apartment looks nice. But who wants to come to this site everyday. Upon leaving. I witness one of the residents serve at least 2 people in the parking lot right outside where there were 3 young kids playing. If you are not familiar with the term "serve" it means to sell someone drugs. This place is and looks like a joke. I wouldn't leave here. You might as well live at the other end of Reisterstown road.
I HAVE BEEN LIVING AT GARRISON FOREST APTS FOR 10 YEARS. I HAVE COME INTO BAD TIMES, AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS WORKED WITH ME. MAINTENENCE COULD COME INTO MY HOME AT ANYTIME AND I HAD NO PROBLEM.MY ADDRESS IS 1 DEERLODGE CT. AND ME AND MY 2 SONS ARE VERY HAPPY AT OUR TOWNHOUSE
