Nice place to live I was happy living at Renew. I lived there for 3 and a half years. I did have a few issues but they were resolved quickly. I do recommend living there. Anyone wanting to live there should go to upper management if the community manager is not doing their job correctly.

Helpful Staff Staff was accommodating and able to reschedule my tour same day. Professional, polite and inviting. Knowledgeable of all questions asked. Rates are competitive with other apartments in the area and way nicer with updated amenities. I submitted my application before leaving the parking lot.

Lease Renewal The Lease Renewal Process was seamless and Sophia was a great help.
Not worth the price Everything is old and falls apart, there are cockroaches and the water takes longer than 20 minutes to get warm, if it even does

AC Unit Maintenance was amazing! My request was sent and I immediately received a phone call and within 3 days my AC was assessed and fixed. Really love these apartments and happy that maintenance is so quick and helpful!
