The move in experience was very easy! Was able to handle all the paperwork and payments the day before receiving my keys. Made the morning of moving in a whole lot less stressful and time consuming. Michelle at the leasing office is AMAZING! The complex is quite and clean. The apartment itself is very nice with new carpet and kitchen appliances. Best of all there is in-unit washer and dryer. There isn't a pool however since I never used my previous apartment complex pool this is not a con for me. At this time the only call outs I do have is that it is a little inconvenient that the little gym area is only available during office hours and that there is no package service, however it is a small inconvenience that I can work around and honestly the service Michelle provides makes up for it in my opinion.

Decent apartments after remodel, basically no amenities, rent is a bit high for the apartment and you have to pay for parking, even guest parking is payed. Smoking rules aren’t followed, people smoke on the stairs or next to the building instead of outside the property. Overall it’s good if you don’t care about any amenities.

I like it here. Never really had a problem. Only thing is I wish it was a bit more lit up. Since the remodel it got darker paint and wish it was more lit. Other than that, really nice place to live.

i’m satisfied on what i get in the community. The only problem would be is that it takes a long time for maintenance to come in and fix the problem in my apartment but other than that the management is great!

I really like the apartment itself only downside is because of the transition in management. There is a lot of construction going on which is tough especially with young children.

It was a great experience living there, I had no issues if i did it was taken care of. The office manager was helpful and made the stay comfortable for me and my family especially being new the state. The trash was something that i enjoyed were they had pick your trash up,the upkeep of the facility was well maintained. I would love to stay at highland green if i was move to Washington. My only problem is the trash situation. I get very pissed when I walk all the way to compactor and bags and crap blocked way to leave my stuff. Then I gave to haul it back to my apartment. It was nice when the community room was open until 10:00 pm. Now it is locked all the time.
I would recommend this apartment community because it is a quiet place ,clean environment, courteous staff ,and convenient shopping areas nearby.
