It’s a Nice place with a really good location. Communication between renters and management could be better. Also, overall maintenance of the property could be better.

We have enjoyed living here, the people here are friendly. My only problem is the laundry room, people not taking out there clothes from the machine

New management acquired the complex just before I moved here and have been making improvements and changes since I arrived.. however.. With a badly designed AI system that only serves to confuse residents, a maintenance team that often only half fixes the problems they address and a general lack of consideration from management, my time here has been mediocre thus far to say the least.

We love it here, hoping to stay here awhile, the people are friendly and everyone looks out for everyone. Only problem is the washer, there's only one washer and one dryer, for all the units there it can be hard.
