So far it's been smooth as other locations, we are still in the process of unpacking and (finding minor repairs). We are making a short list.

There is a water leak by the pool supplies closet. The parking lot needs resurfacing and better cleaning. Tenants don’t use the trash bins correctly which makes a stinky mess.

Clean community and quit, management very understanding. Great place to live and raise your family. Great communication with no problem. Very nice and friendly

The Property is really nice .. I just feel like the Conserve Bill is way too high… $100 for Garbage per unit is Insane… Other than that, the property is nice and the location is Wonderful

Apartment is nice, but has cut a lot of corners with things. Appliances are new, but are extremely cheap. Mirror closet doors are cool. If they focused on better quality appliances and took the time to ensure maintence doesn't take short cuts it could be a gem of a location.

It was great very fast and easy process I loved the experience. The property is beautiful the view is amazing. I love how quiet it is around.

The staff are very responsive to request such as fixing or repairing things. The technician is also very professional during the times he had helped us. The only con is that the community is supposed to be smoke free. There isn't any real enforcement so you can still smell cigarettes and cannabis.

The past year and a half there have been upgrades to the property. The pool area and barbecue area are just beautiful. The area surrounding the pool and all the umbrellas and the tables and the chairs are just beautiful. Very happy with the amenities on the outside of property.

This Property has exceeded my expectations to the Max… Beautiful, spacious, comforting, Affordable and pet friendly … The swimming pool is a big Bonus…

Great family’s around feel safe . They have good employees cleaning most of the time, maintaining the pool & the grounds. The staff in office is always listening to our complaints and solving them.

Great spot to live. It's typically quiet around here and staff are responsive. We've had a couple things in our apartment repaired or replaced about 1-2 buisness days after putting in a work order.

I have very peaceful neighbors here on the second floor, first building..thanks neighbors! Also, I have never had a problem or ran into a situation with no one on the parking lot despite it being really full sometimes to where I have to park behind someone's car, since I was never assigned a parking space.

I have been a resident here before it was Renew Miramonte. There has been a lot of changes in the past year and it was inconvenient at first. However, the place now looks better and feels cleaner than it was before. Great job improving the place!

I love my gated, family oriented, pet friendly, pool-side apartment. I live in a two-bedroom two-bath apartment with a balcony the length of the entire apartment! No breed restrictions as long as the dogs are friendly. Each bedroom has a wall sized closet, the master bedroom has two! Each apartment has a dedicated parking spot plus there is a block-sized visitor parking lot. There is a pool with a diving board and a large lawn for running kids and dogs. The only bad thing is that it is right next to the freeway so dust gets everywhere and your balcony, windows, or car will never stay clean. All this is hidden on top of a hill, behind an electric gate, and at fair prices.

Saratoga apartments are a gated complex located in a sort of no man's land between San Leandro, and the unincorporated communities of Ashland and Castro Valley. Locatedat the end of Miramonte Ave the traffic outside is light. It has a good amount of open source around it and had a reasonable amount of privacy. Most of the very long balconies have a view of S.F. Bay and a lonely swimming pool. Many people who live here have been here for a very long time and most neighbors are friendly. The wall thickness is pretty good however noise can sometimes be heard through the floor. It is right next to the 580 freeway which generates a white noise, however makes commuting convenient. This place is very dog friendly accepting even the largest breeds. There are a healthy number of children here as well. The neighborhood beyond the gate isn't pretty, however the complex itself is pretty safe. Maintenance and repairs are done promptly and with no hassle. The management has also been known to be very flexible and forgiving regarding rent payments when times are hard. There have even been instances when the rent was lowered during a recession. I give only 4 stars because of the freeway noise and condition of the neighborhood.
