The units are good. There was some upgrades done but they are minimal. The rent price is adequate for what is offered in the units since there is no amenities. The area is nice and mostly quiet, good schools around.

It’s a quiet community for the most part. Close to stores and other necessities. Rent is overpriced because of “upgrades”. No amenities are available.

The new ownership is doing the best they are able with aging infrastructure. Not having an on site manager can be a bit of a hassle at times. New management team (last two months) seems more responsive and willing to listen to suggestions of long term residents.

Utilities are high and rent is high. Is supposed to be renovated but everything is cheaply made. It’s easy to submit work orders. There is not enough parking spaces.

I miss the organization, ability to reach a person when needed and transparency we had for all the years I have been here . We have no bookkeeper, maintenance was fired yet again and no manager . This investment Co. is sadly just that . I have been charged more times than I can count late fees . Also additional fees which i cannot get explained. Just like everybody else you just pay it I would not recommend this company or renting from them at all ever.

I can never get a hold of the leasing office. I leave voicemail after voicemail. Not once has anyone picked up or been available. They are quick to raise rent but not there for the tenants.

As an older (re. senior) resident, I've been accustomed to having a more hand on, personalized approach that was afforded by the prior ownership. Being a smaller organization, that was fairly easy for them with onsite management and excellent communication. Trinity, being a large corporation, appears so far to be a vastly different experience. Realizing that we are now the "little fish in the big pond" I understand that there will be adjustments needed by current residents and we all need to find our new niche in the state of affairs. When speaking with our management representative Kayden, communication one on one in person is very good. However, from a community wide standpoint, I would have to add that I find it seriously lacking in both timeliness and consistency. I look forward to seeing positive changes proposed by new owners to help bring our little community into the 21st century.
