I enjoy the amenities and love the layout of my apartment! No major issues my first few weeks. The only issue I have encountered is the A/C not working as well on days that are above 80 degrees. Very disappointed in the current property management team. If you have an issue with maintenance, the office will ignore you until it is convenient for them, or just will never help at all. We have significant water damage in our ceiling from upstairs neighbors that has been neglected for nearly 3 months, causing it to yellow and mold. They have been completely uncooperative and are trying to keep us from breaking our lease, regardless of our rights and 30 day notice. Aside from our current issue - last summer, they neglected to fix our AC during 80+ degree days, for weeks, while I was approximately 36 weeks pregnant. Hope this helps when deciding on renting from Renew Jordan Creek while under management of Trinity Properties.

They have a very Nice community, clean buildings, good amenities, and a very safe area to live in. It is affordable and in a great location!

I love my apartment. Very peaceful. Everyone in the office always so polite and helpful. Do wish the stairs and stair rails were updated ( spindles are loose) I also wish that the residents throwing their trash on parking grounds would stop. Would be very helpful and considerate that the residents driving through parking lot would not speed especially in the back are where I live

Our experience has been all right. Enjoy some of the friendly neighbors but not many of them like to talk and get to know each other. The grounds are extremely gross as many people do not pick up their dog poop and the apartments don’t do anything about it. If you are a person who likes to be outside in the grass don’t plan on doing it here.

There’s mold coming from the air vents, the carpet is filthy, dog poop is everywhere around the buildings, our kitchen sink has backed up about 4 times and caused everything to get wet and dirty and they only cleaned it up 1 time.
We recently renewed our lease, living comfortably here. We are very happy with the maintenance and office service. We appreciate the amenities on grounds and the hard working maintenance team who keep the grounds clean. The notifications via email and on the app are informative and appreciated.

Renew has been everything I needed it to be. The complex is older and they have done renovations to make it more modern which is nice. Megan in the front office is extremely helpful and prompt. My dog absolutely loves the dog park. I also really appreciate there always being parking directly in front of my building and the dumpster is not a far walk either. Overall for the price point I have enjoyed my time at Renew

It was a great experience moving in here! The area is beautiful and feels safe! It’s near everywhere and everything that need like grocery stores and the mall.

My move in was handled great by the office staff. There are a few items for the maintenance staff to take care of but other than that a very easy experience and great apartment.

Very nice location, I feel very safe and comfortable. Everyone so far has been so friendly and helpful! My apartment is very nice and was very well cleaned when I moved in.

The apartment is nice but they are slow to deal with maintenance requests. When I moved in, my toilet was already clogged and I tried to plunge it. Since it didn't work, I asked for help because I could not use my bathroom. I was told this is not an urgent request because we had 1 working bathroom. (I didn't know if my roommate was okay with me using his bathroom yet or not).

Carpets are filthy no matter how many times I wash them, our apartment has flooded multiple times, they do not let you know when and what time they are entering your home. Pool is good dog park is good other then that I don’t recommend

Staff is always there. They are always pleasant and helpful. When ever I have a question I can ask them to help and they will check in to it and let me know.

Good apartments with friendly staff. Maintenance responds in a somewhat reasonable fashion. The outside of the apartments is definitely made to look nicer than the inside but we are satisfied with our apartment and how it is renovated and kept up. There were a few things that needed to be fixed at move in but maintenance fixed them fairly quickly.

Pretty easy move in experience. Had a small list of repairs/maintenance that needed to be made after arrival and a bit of cleaning to do that I wish were done prior. Great location and community.
