I’ve lived here for almost 6 years and it has been a great experience. My apartment is nice and quiet. Well maintained. Over the almost 6 years I’ve probably only called for Maintenance issues about 5 times and two of those times it wasn’t directly related to my apartment but for the apartment above me. The community is great and a lot of work has been recently done to improve socialization within the community. For example additional dog parks have been erected all over the community. Among a host of other things. It’s overall a great place to live.

Was given a 6 month lease and it was explained to me that I must be late on any rental payments to be considered for a longer lease. The first month of that lease I paid my rent which was the rent that I was paying prior to the rent increase. It was then increased then that made me late. I did not notice the increase I til I noticed a balance on next months rent. I feel like I was not fully informed about the $300 rental hike. So I don’t think that was fair at all.

The neighborhood is nice and secluded.Only thing neighbors not mindful of other tenants.The tenants upstairs have kids running around at day and night inside the house and everysound comes downstairs. We have school and work and sometimes we just want some peace and quiet. I think neighbors should be reminded that people are below them.

Love it already!! Its been a week and the neighbourhood is so calm and peaceful. Walmart is literally 5 minutes up the street. The area is super clean and tidy. Our leasing Agent Carter was very cooperative and would definitely recommend Renew Howard Crossing!

The community is nice, I feel like the new management is putting a lot of effort into updating the community areas and amenities. I would like if our actual buildings were prioritized for updates. They have painted the trim and updated the flooring in the corridors, but installing password code security systems on each door would be nice. Also would prefer if the updates were to our actual units rather than the corridors.

The move in process was amazing and simple. Loving the new place. Its clean and nice. Except for the lower house trail side that's inviting few bugs like crickets in the house when lights are open. The backside of the trailside has a huge tree fallen which can be cleared and the view would be amazing.

Lots of things are different than when I lived here 30 years ago, but the main positive points remain the same: Clean building and unit (no pests at all), responsive and capable maintenance technicians, and a really nice team in the leasing office. The best praise I can give is saying I'm glad that I moved here and I'm very happy with my apartment!

You can only pay rent with a debit/credit card, i.e. there is no way to avoid getting charged a service fee on top of rent. It's pretty annoying

I am rating based on my experience in my current apartment when I transfer to my new apartment I will do another review. My review so far after 4 years in this community has been bitter sweet. Being on the second floor one is subjected to constant noise from apartment above. It's difficult to have quality sleep. On the other hand this community is family oriented. Ease of commuting. The upgrade around the community is so good.

I had a very smooth process moving in. Their customer service in the leasing office is beyond exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and inviting. The apts and the community is very peaceful. Excellent!!! Everything is great. The community itself, is very well kept and is very up to par with both our community and our safety. This is the first place I’ve EVER lived in, that has met my expectations and satisfaction! And I am so grateful and thankful to be a part of this community.
Moving in, the apartment was very clean to begin with. The staff in the leasing office has been very helpful. Our neighbors are nice and welcoming.
It’s a nice community. Having the nearby Indian grocery store I am near to this community. There is a supercenter Walmart and this community have good environmental. Coming to the staff and this community they are very good receiving and I am they are helping in each and everything whatever we needs.
Love the community. The staff is really friendly and have been really accommodating with maintenance requests. The respond promptly. Love the security of having to buzz people into the building.
My family loves living here!! We're excited to renew our lease for another year. The office team is amazing!! The condominium is getting more beautiful every day, the maintenance team always does a good job!!

While i am grateful to have a place to live, unfortunately i have to say that my living experience has been pretty bad up to this point and i won’t be renewing my lease after my lease end date. Since my first week I’ve consistently had to call maintenance (who’ve always been prompt, reliable, and polite which is why i gave 2 stars and not 1) to either fix my hot water, broken refrigerator, exterminate roaches and now my current battle is this crazy mouse problem that they’ve come out 3 times for already. I really hope the tenant that gets this unit after me has better luck with these issues.
Clean and modern apartment with updated appliances and fixtures. Quiet park like setting. Maintenance staff is terrific and completed tasks requested with efficiency.
I really like the community here. The leasing office staffs welcome with full positivity and energy. The residents I met so far are very chill. I see a lot of people taking a walk in the evening, walking their dogs… seems like a warm community so far.
Everyone was very friendly and made move in super easy. The apartment is stunning and newly renovated. The exterior is being freshened up and looks great
In this entire month that I have been here, whenever I have had a problem in the department, they have solved it promptly. I hope they continue like this and improve in sending messages that communicate when the worker will be arriving.
Great community and very good staff with excellent customer service. Many issues were resolved within a day after logging the ticket. Also wonderful programs conducted on each occation.

great service. they keep it clean. they added bbq patio, garden and bench for people to sit to relax. they also changed enterance floor to wood from rug. they changed light in hallway. they added unit letter on side of wall.
I have sent many email never with ever getting any answers. Still never heard anything about a microwave that i was promised when i move in. I have gotten my own since, have sent email about my referral $1,000 still heard nothing. Sent info about trash and smoking and heard nothing back.
Maintenance requests are denied and tenant is deemed financially responsible for items damaged prior to move in. Appliances are very old and loud. Maintenance requests to repair these are not completed, tenants are told to just deal with the noise because they arent replacing them right now.
Right now, with the new company, it’s great. I had a bug problem but this new company took preventative steps to mitigate the problem completely.
Just moved in this week, and everyone in the leasing office was amazing and pleasant! They were very helpful with everything and I appreciate it!

Wonderful neighborhood, spacious apartment, great staff. I have really enjoyed my stay at Renew Howard crossing so far. However, I have never met my leasing consultant.
My experience is bitter- Sweet . Sweet- The environment is looking good. The gym is FANTASTIC. Thanks for the upgrade. Bitter- The noise level we are experiencing on the second floor has worsened. The flooring is terrible. No regular treatment of the apartment. Now lot of roaches.
First of, I wrote a review not long ago. Well, I don't it see now. So that right there tells you a lot about this place. I guess they didn't like what I had to say about their customer service. They either ignore your emails and or respond once or twice, but not solution to your complaint is taken. It feels like been string along to keep you hopeful that an action will be taken. After a year of being here, we are moving out. We just can't wait for the next two months to be out of here.
great community. lease office gave us some support and host some events they are also great in communicate.they put extra efforts to clean the apartment area and gave it a new look, we feel safe here. keep it up
It is an amazing experience to live here as wideness and beauty of the infrastructure are always refreshing. Maintenance team is really good.
The new company is making a lot of changes and remodelings that were needed. They seem to be focused on their residents and their experience living in the community.

I was happy when I went to rent the apartment and the staff, when I showed them a picture of my small utility trailer that I use to store my camping gear, told me it would be okay to park it in the condo parking lot. Recently, it was towed in the early hours of the morning without any warning that it was going to be done. I went to the office and they said they never authorized me to leave it in the parking lot. I don't think they acted fairly.
So far my building is clean and quiet. Don't care too much for the black that they painted all the doors today makes the building kinda dark and depressing.
Professional service at leasing office workers, very friendly. Clean apartment and nice area to live. Very comfortable and overall quiet neighborhood. Many shopping and restaurants near by to check out and explore.
Great place, clean community and nice people who will help you get moved in. Have the Aurora floor plan and it is good space for a couple, just wish the fridge fit a bit better in the kitchen. Other than that, great home!
The beginning of the leasing process was really frustrating mainly because of the time of year. I moved in around Christmas time so I ran into many days that the office was closed for holidays. I was also told that I would be sent pictures of the unit multiple times and that never happened. So far I love the apartment. The area is amazing.
